This is the place to eat whether you're dining in or on the go. The service was great. I didn't catch the name of the cashier working 9/28, but she was awesome and definitely went above and beyond, especially during the lunch rush. We had to wait longer than expected, and she gave us shrimp on the house. McDonald's could never. Girl you a real one 💯 To sum up, food and service 10/10 🤌✨️

Never had an incorrect or bad meal here! I have come in multiple times and there's only one man running the place! He is the sweetest and most polite person too! Absolutely best burger joint in town. We frequent often.

Stopped @ the Richmond, Ky location today. Stood at the counter for a long several minutes with no staff acknowledging our presence!! Two young ladies were in the back talking. Personal possessions were on the front counter by the cash registers including a backpack, jacket, etc. The floor behind counter was soiled with ice chips and French fries. Finally, as we were leaving, another customer seated at a table (the only other customer in the restaurant) spoke to us saying her family was told to order from the kiosk. They were still waiting on their food! We left, went to Culver’s, and were quickly greeted politely just as we entered the door! Service exceptional with a cheaper Culver burger plus more selections!! A Manager needs to step in quickly before more service is lost!

Went through the drive thru. Got 2 orders of cheese curds. Asked for marinara sauce for them. The lady at the window handed me the bags. I asked was the marinara sauce in the bag for the cheese curds. She replied yes. So I handed the kids the bags. My son says I didn’t get no marinara sauce. So I parked and walked in to get the sauce. The lady that took my order saw me walk in with the bags. Never approached me. I walked over to the side of the counter and asked her could I get 1 more marinara sauce. I said I ordered 2 cheese curds. She gets the sauce and throws it in the bag. Looks at me and says I thought you only only sauce for 1 curd. People make mistakes. But the way she said it she was so very rude. I have been a manager in fast food. I understand working with the public is a rough job. But there was no reason for her to get an attitude over me walking back in the store for marinara sauce. Food was hot and fresh. But the rude employee kinda ruined it

$10.79 for two shakes, one regular float and one large float but you won't refill my root beer. When did this become a thing... Always was under the impression I was paying extra for the ice cream, not the root beer...

I was here shortly after that opened. I was very disappointed. This time we went there because the competition was too busy. This A&W now lives up to my fondest childhood memories. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. We will be back!
From whether it was the old location over 10 years ago to this new location today I absolutely love a&w! This place is wonderful to eat in and relax to the music. Staff was absolutely kind to me and made my visit pleasant!

Look how salty these fries are like they came from the bottom of the sea 🌊. Fries were reheated and then added tons of salt to them. Lazy and unacceptable.

My dad goes to this place a lot and Saw how they treated him being a disabled Vietnam vet and honoring his service dog marie. They honor the military and I respect that and their manager when I visit my dad best believe I'll make the trip to this place to grab a bite to eat. 10* rating here.
