Got the cheese pizza. I mean it's alright but the parmesan is kinda weird and not enough sauce. Otherwise it's fine. Service was great, got what I ordered and on time. I liked the lobby as well, seems like a chill spot to hang out.

Pizza is always good but don't do delivery. Waited an hour and 15 minutes only to have them cancel my order with no explanation other than they can't complete the order.

Do yourself a favor, just place an order for pickup 60-90 minutes in advance. I don't know what has happened to this place but the last 3 times I've placed an order for pickup I show up 20 minutes later, they tell me it'll be another 15min and I end up sitting there for over an hour. I think they have the best pizza in town but the owner should be ashamed for only having 1 person in the kitchen and 1 person up front. It use to never be like this.

This is the best local pizza place in Richmond. The appetizers are great and the pizza is delicious. The staff is always great and the restaurant is always clean and a great place to get great food with friends!

This is a wonderful college town pizza place with a wonderful beer selection. The pizza and cheese bread is excellent! We have always gotten great service. I highly recommend this place for dine in (I've never gotten delivery/take out)!!!Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place, so you get to choose all of the toppings and such. More difficult for vegans, but there are a few items that are vegan...Parking: There is street parking and a parking lot beside the restaurant.

Once again warning anyone looking into going here to not do so. I want nothing more than the downfall of this business. They had a roach infestation, and I think there are still roaches left behind of it. Staff has changed, employee retention is horrible because they cannot train anyone right. Food quality has gone down as a result. Owner is, once again, delusional. Manager is worse.

Can’t speak for the other locations, but the service here has gone way down. Currently waiting for an online order that was placed over an hour and twenty minutes ago and was supposed to pick up an hour ago. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone most of the time either. Food may be decent, but seriously save yourself the headache of their service.

They have really fallen in quality and service. I was there with my family last week and many of the beers on the menu weren’t available. Pizza was pedestrian at best. You can tell they are now using cheap ingredients. Dominos/Pizza Hut quality at best. Then two nights ago I ordered a pizza for pick up. I got to restaurant at scheduled pick up and they told me it would be 30 minutes. Staff was openly complaining that they had 40 tickets and only a couple people working. Never say never, but it’s going to be a long time before I try this place again.
