The hamburger at this location is not very good. It was cold and raw in the middle, tomatos were gooshie, and the sauce made the bread soggy. Everything I dislike in a burger. I ate half and threw the rest away. Such disappointment.

Stopped here on our way to a funeral that is 3 hours away. There were 5 of us, only 4 of us ordered. My wife and I got a single beef and cheddar and one double beef and cheddar. Everything was going great, even the spikey haired lady tried to gas me up with compliments like her hourly wage came down to how much commission she snags from the special $1 cheese sauce. Things took a turn after we left. My double beef and cheddar was a single. Less meat equals less happy. Then my buddy looks over and says he got bbq with his cheese sticks! What kind of a psychopath gives you bbq with cheese sticks!? Do you also give trick or treaters expired Arby’s coupons to fuel your addiction of $1 cheese sauce sales and bbq cheese sticks? Anyways, food tasted great, but now I’m slightly sadder than when I first came.

My partner and I came to Arby’s after a long time in traffic, and Rich (cashier) was so kind and made our day! They also corrected our order and were so kind. Rich was awesome!

Even though it’s saying that its closed i came to this location at 11:00pm and they were open. Service was pretty fast , very pleasant staff, soda area was clean as well as condiment area. Got my food pretty fast after i ordered. This location needs to update their operating hours.

Tue July 8 7:01pm. The guy working here seems like he doesn’t like customers. His attitude is very bad. I have been to many loves travel stops with fantastic customer service but this guy is making it look bad for loves. The only thing I resolve to is making my honest review than physical fight so the management can decide on what to do.

Just stopped here. Cashier shorted us $2 in change and when we said something she just said “oh yea” and pulled the $2 out of the register no question no surprise, nothing. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich has about 1 bite of meat and the rest is just bread. I am so done with all Arby’s. This place just topped it.

Philly cheese steak is the sloppiness sandwich I have ever seen. More grease than grease. I can't believe I paid that much for a sloppy joe.

Food is usually okay, but this location has weird hours despite the claim it’s open 24/7. I’d say it’s doubtful you’ll receive service anywhere from 9:30 PM to roughly 12 AM, as they claim they do a “reset” around these times. However, based off of the times I have been there, it’s somewhat random when they decide to “reset” or whatever and you never know when they will be done. Sometimes at 10pm food is available and sometimes it’s not. Just wish they were more consistent or transparent about there operating hours.
