I ordered a cake for a friend and the experience I had was unbelievable. The manager & McKayla went out of their way to make this the best experience I have had. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend visiting this store. He really enjoyed the cake, it was delicious! Thank you ladies for everything!

There's never been a rude, disrespectful or "rush you to pick" employee here at Baskin-Robbins.. Only smiling faces, positive attitudes, extremely helpful & knowledgeable employees here at the Richmond, KY store !! Not to forget the amazing flavors that are served daily & fresh from every scoop of ice cream, the multiple different cones, waffle cones down to every bite of Brownie & topping in the bottom of your cup, bowl or cone !!! Don't just take my word for it tho ---->> stop by & try your favorites!!

Be VERY careful if you buy anything from this store! In the past few months, I've been there several times, only to be overcharged when I get to the register to check out. I order the Warm Brownie Sundae which the signage in the store says is $5.49, only to have it ring up as $5.79 at the register. I've brought this to the attention of the manager/employees, but had the same thing happen again tonight (May 5, 2023). One of the employees called the manager, and informed me that the manager said of me, "That guy is the only one who complains!". Yeah, well I have a RIGHT to complain when you overcharge me! I wonder if this is happening to other customers with other items, if they are aware of it, and just don't care. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office.

Put a order in for a cake they waited until 1 hour before pick up to tell us they had no cake or decorator.

l tried to go in at 9:15pm (they do not close until 10) and the doors were locked and the drive thru was completely black. The worker did not pay any attention to me as l tried to walk in the door. l understand if the hours have changed, but that should be posted both on the store front and online

Great customer service for an ice cream cake order. I was called shortly after placing the order to go over the details and the cake came out just as described and was great.
Very friendly welcoming workers allowed us to sample a few flavors and was patient as our crew was making their choices. We will be back and thank you for making our day a little sweeter.

I was going daily for a cappuccino blast but they’ve hired some young guy who insists on being rude, and he makes them so terrible. I had to ask for the chocolate syrup on the mocha drink twice, i try and be nice and ask how his day is but he refuses to give good customer service. I wont be going back here starbucks is right next to it.

I was going daily for a cappuccino blast but they’ve hired some young guy who insists on being rude, and he makes them so terrible.
