Bespoke Bakery and Cafe

I have been looking for a good bakery in Richmond. Tried this one. It states itbus a bskery/Cafe. I ordered off the menu fir a bite to eat and get some bakery items to go. They didn't know what food they had available for a late lunch. I was told they could do a few sandwiches. I ordered the chicken salad croissant. It was so bad, there were so many nuts in the salad that you couldn't even taste the chicken. The cupcake, which was the only thing available from the counter, was just ok. You could get it's equal at any supermarket. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

I had Bespoke do my wedding cake for 11/8/2025. The cake looked amazing and tasted even better! I would recommend them every time and will continue to use them for other events. They were very easy to work with and the communication was amazing.

First time here . Ordered the iced Americano coffee with caramel sauce and heavy whipping cream . Have to say it was better than Starbucks !!!!
Probably one of the best coffee I've ever had !
Was slightly disappointed with the Carmel apples . The Carmel topping was absolutely delicious , but the apple was brown on the inside , and almost rotted. Definitely not a business owner , but possibly write a date on them ?
Also had the pumpkin cookie , the decoration was adorable , but the cookie was a little bland .
Will definitely go back and get another coffee !

Ordered on DoorDash and requested a lavender honey oatmilk latte. They called me soon after to let me know they were out of lavender syrup. They offered to refund my money or make an alternative drink. I chose an alternative drink, and they then offered me a complimentary bakery item. When I arrived to pick up my drink, they had me try it and offered to make me something else if I didn’t like it. Excellent customer service in my opinion.

They have so many different and yummy cupcake flavors. They've been consistently good both in store and with delivery.

I've only been once so far but I'm excited to go again sometime. The staff were friendly and the cupcakes are absolutely delicious. My only complaint is I wish they posted more about what they have on Facebook just so I can be prepared for what I want to order when I go in haha

This was my first time ordering from Bespoke. The worker inside was incredibly kind and courteous. I ordered two cupcakes and a chick 🐥 cake pop. The Richmond cupcake is delicious. Easily one of the best cupcakes I had! My son loved his marble cupcake with orange frosting. The cupcakes are moist and flavorful with a soft creamy frosting. I can not recommend enough!

Ordered Dutch apple pie. Ingredients seemed low quality and not fully cooked inside and top was hard.

I am so thankful for everyone at bespoke. The best wedding day ever was topped off by the best wedding cake possible. The design - perfection. The taste - to die for. The price - perfect. Considering that we found them by fate, I am so thankful things worked out and can’t say enough positive things about Bespoke. They’re amazing. Perfect. Easy to work with. And make a dang good cake! Thank you Bespoke for going above and beyond to help me and my wife get the perfect cake that nobody can stop talking about!!!

Wonderful to work with! I had no experience in ordering cakes and they worked with me to ensure communication on the desired product. The flavor never disappoints and always beautifully prepared! *any blemishes in the photos attached were due to MY handling of the cakes/cup cakes.

Literally the best scones I’ve ever had and I’m a bit of a scone snob! They were perfectly soft and doughy. Not crunchy and flaky. 10/10 started a new obsession and will be going back… regularly…

My husband picked up some cupcakes for my birthday after work yesterday and they weren’t very good. Very nice people and atmosphere so no complaints there but I tried the vanilla, red velvet and strawberry cupcakes, the cake itself and the icing were hard as a rock and the flavor wasn’t very good ether.

I ordered my first cake from Bespoke this past weekend for my boyfriends birthday, and he has celiac, so its pretty difficult to find bakeries that offer gluten free cake. We called a few days before to see if I could get a cake, and they were able to make us a gluten free vanilla cake with chocolate icing, and it was AMAZING! Truly delicious, everyone loved it, and the icing was somehow so deliciously rich but light at the same time- we were thoroughly pleased!! :) I will be ordering from Bespoke again next year!
