First time visiting here and I was very pleasantly surprised. My wife and I both ordered burgers and they were cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional, as was the food. We will definitely be returning
I have dined at this restaurant twice. The food is reasonably priced, but nothing special. Both times I have visited the service has been terrible. Today the server was rude, didn't acknowledge when a new person came to the table while she was taking orders. Had to be asked twice to get the dirty table we had been seated at wiped off. Promised twice to turn down the fan above the table as we were being blasted with chilly air, but never turned down the fan. Had to be told to please provide napkins and silverware after she had served the food ... so we watched the food get cold until we were able to eat it. Actually, I believe that my grilled sandwich was already quite cold when it left the kitchen on its way to my table. It was almost hard as a rock when it was set down for me.
First time I dined here was 2 months ago and the server said "we are short-staffed right now." We heard the same story today. Obviously, this is an ongoing condition. My suggestion to restautant goers: find a better burger somewhere else, there are many other places with those in town and with good service, too.

The food is really good and the workers are wonderful. They’re very understanding and kind. We didn’t stay for very long because it was crowded but when we got our food it was amazing. Hospitality is a good virtue and these people have it.

Parking: Large lot and several handicapped spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Children are always welcome and there are numerous children portion selections on the menu.
