I really enjoy this place but I’m so tired of paying an arm and a leg to hang out here. Last night my friend and I show up with less than an hour til close and they still charge us cover which that’s fine and all but then I get 6 drinks and my total is 30$ but today it’s taken 39 dollars out of my bank account even though I paid my 30 and personally handed the bartender my tip in cash and I wrote cash on the receipt I signed. This is actually the second or third time this has happened to me at this very same bar. As in giving a cash tip and the bartender taking out over 20 percent of what the total was. Another issue I have with this bar is they “highly” enforce security as in having people with metal detectors at the door but don’t re-metal detector people who walk out to their car and then come back in. Which makes the entire metal detecting pointless. I recommend using cash only if you still decide to go.

Great music and atmosphere! My husband and I were staying in a local hotel for the night while passing through. So glad we decided to check this place out. The band was amazing, we danced the night away and had a great time!

Came there for a cornhole tournament, loved the people we played with. Didn't win but had a great time!! It's mainly college kids that go there but all n all it's a great lil place to go too .

Well run establishment. Food from food trucks and doable. This is the only musical venu in Richmond taking care of musicians like they should be. Owner is on her game and knows what she's doing.

Great service and atmosphere but I had a rude old lady who pushed me from using the bathroom to let other people in. When I tried sticking up for myself she said she knew the owners and would get me thrown out though I hadn’t done ANYTHING she was just a wasted old lady. Won’t be back for awhile even though I loved the environment. People like her should stay home and probably not try to associate themselves with the owners while also having the most nasty behavior.

Wouldn’t let my friend in because wobbling when I know they let frat guys in constantly drunk out there minds if going to be strict make it fare other wise get new staff because I would let any of them frat dudes in according to your rules that you don’t even follow yourself you choose favorites.

We came out with a couple of friends to celebrate my birthday a couple of weeks ago! It was quite fun, the staff all around were amazing. The bartenders all have great personalities and interact with you in a fun manner. The live entertainment that night was amazing and even though one of my friends told them a lie that I was 40 and I had to say I was definitely NOT 40, they were playful with it before singing a cover of The Beatles "Birthday". It put a big smile on my face. We had a lot of fun playing cornhole and throwing darts. It was a well-rounded, shenanigan filled night out at a great bar! We will definitely be back.

They made my married parents leave just because they was hugging from the side and talking said it made people uncomfortable! It’s a bar!!!
We had my son’s graduation party there!!! It was amazing!!! The staff and the venue it self is great!!!!

From the time Raela had the small BBH to now having the big BBH, it has been amazing! I have hosted bachelorette parties and birthdays at this bar! There is always great music&the staff is wonderful! It's a small town bar with so much to offer!
