beautiful outside today, decided to eat here on their porch. the lady that seated us said they sometimes forget people on the porch and she feels so bad. she told us as she walked away that she wouldn't forget us. well, she did. I went to wash my hands and reminded her again. they never came! not good service at all!

Not even “slow service”, there was no service at all. We asked if we could sit outside and they said yes. When we got our table we asked them jokingly “don’t forget about us out here!”…we sat outside for about 20 minutes. No one even asked us what we wanted to drink, my mom went inside to wash her hands and reminded them we were outside. Another 10 minutes and no one ever came. We got up and left. Very disappointed.

I’ve given them a shot multiple times. The wings are consistently dried out and overcooked. I don’t understand how you have commercial grade equipment yet always ruin your namesake food. Invest in a good meat thermometer would be my recommendation. But I won’t be back.

Everytime I have gone to the Richmond bdubs the service has been terrible. They always take forever and no matter how busy you can barely leave in under three hours. Today we went and we waited a few minutes for someone to come to the host stand to seat us then once we were sat not one server acknowledged us for 20 minutes even after I went up and had to ask for a drink because of low blood sugar. So we left. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will not be returning.

I ordered 20 wings and a large fry for pick up and after I get back home after 40 minutes there and back I realize they forgot half my wings.
They offered to replace my whole meal or give a refund so I said replace my whole meal I can come back in a day or so since I live for away, I call today to get my order replaced and all they’re offering now is what they forgot last time, terrible customer service and I will file a complaint

This is my first time leaving a review, normally I don’t feel the need to go out of my way to complain, but the food was so painfully bad I have to speak on it. my boyfriend and I arrived there around 8, it took about 15 minutes to get our mozzarella sticks. Sadly, the appetizer was the best thing we ate tonight. After waiting about 30 minutes to get our boneless wings..we were disappointed and dissatisfied with our food. They were so overcooked that they tasted burnt and you couldn’t even cut them in half. 40$ for burnt food and that’s not even including the 5$ tip to our server. this is the 3-4th bad experience we’ve had here and I don’t think we will be back :/

I’ve been here many times. I’ve been brought cold food, been ignored by my waitresses,charged for items that I did not purchase, but this may top it all off.My sampler came with 4 ebolic wings that were fried to the bone. No mozzarella sticks. I love this place but cmon. BWW is a franchise and this should never be happening here. Please fix this. Smh.

The last three or so times I’ve been here it’s been way below average each time and I truly don’t understand why I think it will get any better. I sat with three other people and it took a solid ten minutes to get drinks. We ordered appetizers and food and it all came out at the same time and majority of it was insanely cold to the touch, and what wasn’t cold was like warm at best. Then when we asked to get new food our server said she would send a manager over and ask the kitchen to remake it. The manager simply did not come. The food was brought out hot relatively quickly which just made me wonder why we didn’t get the appetizers warm first and then get our food also warm as quickly as we did when there was a problem with our food. Refills were also an issue as we didn’t get any until we had been sitting there without drinks for a good while. The server was nice about it and wanted to help us but also appetizers should come first and they should be warm and then food should come and not be frigid cold. I would suggest not going here.

Service is usually good, tonight not so much. Apparently, there were only 3 servers on a Friday night, according to our waitress. Was there over an hour and a half before food started incorrectly flowing out. Drinks were empty for a while without getting refilled. The "chicken wings" were hard and no meant on almost half of them. Unedible, to say the least. I'm highly disappointed. This place has consistently gone downhill over the last couple of years. We used to go every week on wing night and/or boneless night, but it the food and service have gotten too bad. Only went tonight because my son wanted to go with friends for his birthday. It's just not worth paying to go anymore. Sorry Not recommended

Got to this location with my family and had to wait 10-15 minutes to be greeted. Our waiter came to take our drink order and brought all the family’s drinks before mine (beer) was rude when I asked where my drink was after 15 minutes of waiting, finally brought my drink and we asked for our appetizer to be brought out before our food, which of course was not done as requested. The food they brought out was cold and wrong, they brought the families food out first and forgot about my order, once asked he brought it out and even asked me if I ordered boneless which I did and still brought out bone in. We had to talk to two different managers before everything was settled. We definitely will not be back to this location. We would like to thank the manager Isabella for helping us get everything situated and being respectful and cooperative. The waiter also stopped my wife and informed her she still had to pay for the alcohol and she informed him that she paid for it with the manager and after he rudely accused her of not paying she went and got the manager and she informed the waiter that we had paid and she had rung us out. He was very unprofessional and we live over an hour away and this location has been the one we always stop at. However we will not be back after this experience.

Staff was good. Spread way too thin but kept up best he could. Food took a long time to come out. I contributed that to probably understaffing in the kitchen as well.
Had medium wings, they were drenched in sauce. And Chipotle BBQ dry rub. They had no rub on one side but the other side looked like they just dumped have the bottle on them and called it good. Had onion rings as an appetizer and apparently 5 is an order…
All in all food was ok other than what I already mentioned. But doubt we’ll be back anytime soon.
