The dude absolutely looked like he didn't want to be there, didn't say a single word through the whole interaction.

Usually I have a great experience here, but this interaction was weird. I recently made a mobile order for a strawberry matcha and spicy crab Onigiri. It took me about 15 minutes to drive there. I told the employee I had a mobile order, and they said that I have to wait until the next day to get?? I was confused and didn’t want to be rude so I went to leave, and then he told me to wait and started to make my drink. I asked about the Onigiri and he said they wont have it until tomorrow. I asked if I could have something else that was the same price ($4) or even less and I got no response. I’m not sure if I did something wrong, I was just very confused the entire time. This was a $13 order and I’m not sure if I would be able to get a refund on the onigiri. Their website said nothing about it being unavailable or if I could refund it. I would recommend to not make mobile orders here.

there was a bug in my drink. the worker remade my drink but pointed at the strawberry seeds like i mistook a bug for a seed.

Incredibly hot inside with no music which left the environment stale and awkward. They didn’t make drinks in any sort of order, which left me sitting while people came in and left prior to me receiving anything. They also tried to give me 2 different peoples orders before finally making mine. I’ve never had a bad experience here before and I have loved it previously, so it definitely left me disheartened.

Amazing options. You even get to choose the amount of sugar you would like... ranging from 0%-100%. Very individualized, which is a huge perk of a smaller business. Love Bumble Bites!

We got 5 drinks and one dessert. We got the coffee milk tea, mango yogurt green tea, ruby lychee fruit tea, strawberry mango tea, and blue cloud latte which all tasted really good. The only complaint is that there is too much ice in the drinks. As for the dessert, we got the tiramisu dessert box which doesn’t really look or taste like tiramisu but it tasted good. Overall, I would say to check it out and the drinks are good.
