Traveling through and placed my order. It was busy per usual but I went through the line. I ordered a sauce so my sandwich wouldn’t be a dry bun with a piece of meat on it. It was on the receipt plain as day but not in my bag. Too late to do anything 5 miles down the interstate. Sucks that food is so expensive here and they can’t even check for what goes in the bag.

There was two strands of black hair in my salad. I am a blonde with long hair. I am highly disappointed because I had been looking forward to a Cobb salad. I have never had this issue before which was surprising. Furthermore, the waffle fries were not fresh or salted. Overall the worst experience I've ever had and hopefully the last.
My wife ordered my food and by surprise we were greeted with “we don’t offer fries until 11” Why did you guys take away ordering fries for breakfast? Lexington still does it. Also had a young lady ask us why we ordered a creamy salsa and what I was using it for? we went to the one on Nicholasville and they let us order fries without any questions, About sauces etc. it’s clear that we see where the money went. To the the “new drive-thru” instead of the actual business. What a waste. ?
Always takes 30-45 mins sometimes longer on food. I waited 35 mins pre ordered the food and they didn't start the food until I got to the restaurant even tho I hit there before hand. Do it took an hour. It is always like this every time we come here. I order ahead for a reason because I'm always in a hurry and this was a big inconvenience where I already pre ordered the food. So I'll never do it again.

My family always loves getting the occasional chicken nuggets and fries. We celebrated the eclipse with the new frosted cherry berry lemonade and it was amazing!!!!! Plus the line always goes so smoothly.
It's always been a great place to grab something fast or sit and relax.
