Coming in already, the employees were leaned up against the cooking stations on their phones while the person taking my order had an attitude he yelled out an order. I walked up to him. He completely ignored me. I didn’t know if that was mine, and he could’ve politely said not your order But instead, he Waved his hand for me to back up I couldn’t understand him, but I was the only one in the dining room then he finishes my food and the order was wrong. He got an attitude for no reason I wasn’t rude. I just politely told him that was not correct and then he proceeded to say well then what did you order? Customer service was completely poor and unprofessional.

They gave me what is clear to be chop suey they claim is their chow mein. Everyone knows chow mein is noodles. Never fixed it. Super disappointed. Luckily we don't live in the state. So definitely wouldnt go back.

I used to love coming to this restaurant. They had good food, but recently the restaurant has shown signs of dilapidation when you first walk in it smells like an outhouse obviously they have plumbing issues. They still have the god-awful plastic hanging at the countertop so you have to talk through that to the rude employees that take your order. We ate in this time and noticed that the dining room was quite dirty. Let alone all the storage they have in the back of the room, the tables, the floors, even the soy sauce containers were disgusting. If it's this dirty in the front of the house, I can imagine what it looks like in the back. We never eat here again.

Came here for the first time today. New in town and trying to find decent Chinese food. The place was very dim lit and smelled not so good. I order king pao chicken, chicken fried rice, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. All was very disappointing. The king pao’s veggies was mostly celery(have never seen that one before) the chicken fried rice had absolutely no veggies or egg in it, the egg rolls were very small (considering it almost 2 dollars an egg rolls) and the crab Rangoon barely had any filing. Just a simple triangle with a very small pocket of filling. Also the chicken for both chicken orders was very chewy. I would NOT recommend. And for the quality, overpriced.

For some reason there was 2 extra charges that brought my total from 25$ to almost $45 that idek what it was for. The five items I ordered totaled $25. Then further down the receipt it had to extra dept#001 2 different times
Basically I had my favorite thing to review moo goo gai pan; very traditional very good. I will say it's the first time I had yellow fried rice and there's nothing special about that didn't have any particularly great flavor or just rice

Love the food, but the guy that worked Thursday 7/10/25 truly hates people.He is very rude and stuck up. I must of said thank you like 3 or 4 times and the guy just ignored me. Probably will have second thoughts about going back there and I have been going there for over 10 years. The dining room has all the chairs on the tables but was told we can dine in. It was not near closing time.

This was the best Chinese food we have had since we moved to KY last summer. We had shrimp egg rolls, fried dumplings, lemon chicken, phoenix and dragon, and sesame beef all with white rice (what's the deal with yellow rice being fried rice here). If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that the lemon chicken was not sour/lemony enough. Can't wait to try the Singapore Mei fun next time!
