The staff here are very kind and helpful, I loved how Erin was interacting with the smaller kids and getting them involved in watching how they mix all the stuff and making them smile. Peyton went out of his way to make sure my table was clean before sitting down, and Keley was very friendly and made sure what I wanted was right! Will always recommend people to come here.

RICHMOND KY COLD STONE! I’m only giving 5 stars because I love Cold Stones ice cream AND because Lilly that made my ice cream, had the best personality! Erin on the other hand, should take personality classes from Lilly. Rock on Lilly!!

30 minutes till closing, no ice-cream out. Staff literally ran to back when we walked in.

Ice cream is so good and customer service is amazing! I go after 8 so it is slower but most are high school students who need to be out by 10:30 so I completely understand! 10/10!

Found a hair in my food, had to have multiple conversations to get issued a refund, and they only refunded the ice cream not the cone, like I would eat a cone, which had once been full of hairy ice cream. One older female staff member made the entire experience displeasurable. I could’ve forgiven the hair but the customer service was disgraceful. Unfortunate, I was really excited about this place

Consistently messy dining area with left over ice cream stains and napkins with multiple employees working, terrible customer service as well witnessed someone getting yelled at for serving me

We ordered two cups with cone bowls. Messed up one order twice then tried to charge $3.25 more to fix their mistake. I will never go back. The entire staff are very impersonal not helpful and completely horrible. The two guys working there were too busy flirting and staring at one of the female employees to do their job. The tables were dirty and sticky. I would give less than one star if that was an option

They literally refused to give my partner our order because it wasn't me. It was in my name- but his email and all. He knew the entire order, yet The worker still said he could not have it. We pre-ordered on the app so that it would be ready for pick up, and we of course tipped and everything. We will never order from here again. So rude. DO NOT order from Here! Go to DQ or somewhere with nicer employees! They'll give more toppings anyways, because they even skimped on the what we paid for! 0/10.

Waffle cone was burnt, they dumped half the toppings I paid for, and when I can point directly at the picture of what I want and STILL not get what I asked for then there are some major issues here.
