If you are going to offer coleslaw on the menu at least make it coleslaw. Not just pieces of cabbage with NO other sauce. Dry as a bone and just cabbage. Every time !!!

I'm a little on the concerned side... I ordered a BBQ sandwich platter and one received a slab of BBQ in a box.. No bun, no hush puppy's, no frys. This was my first time going to this establishment, wtf... I will not go back. In no world should this order have even been handed to a customer.. tried to call to find out what can be done becauseIlive close to 20 minutesawayand wasn'tgoing back. Of course no answer, instead I was prompted by an answering service to leave a message... McDonald's doesn't even mess up this bad. Very pathetic!

There's just something about cookout. The prices aren't bad and the experience is nice. It feels like they haven't tried to change too much over the years. The chicken quesadillas go hard and they have solid milkshakes.

Food comes out fast /front wait staff did pretty good /but some of the things happening in the dinning room late night was very disturbing very rowdy and I will must likely never come in at 1230am 4am ever again

Staff was terrible. Stood at the register waiting for someone to take our order, while 3 staff members stared back at us from behind the counter eating their own ice cream shakes.
Finally got our orders and food, and had to go back up to ask for ketchup, as there were zero condiments available in the dining room. The girl acted like it was the most tragic moment of her life to have to hand over some ketchup packets. I'm not sure if the people working there need to retrained or if simply replacing them would be the better option. As it happened, there seemed to be an onboarding going on for new employees as we were leaving, so maybe management is already aware of how dismal their service comes off to customers.
To top it off, the food will keep you tethered to the bathroom for the rest of the day. Not just a one-off, as both myself and the person I was with was feeling the ache.
We don't eat Cookout often, but we'll definitely be sure to steer clear of this particular location in the future. Sneering staff and a touch of food poisoning isn't exactly the advertisement most establishments aim for.

Went for my nightly sweet tea (yes the back is big) and I drank all my tea and went to eat the ice and found out I had drank HAIR SMH I'm really disappointed to say the least. I guess this was my sign to leave the tea alone 😔

Ordered a Cajun chicken sandwhich, onion rings and fries. (4 onion rings) 😂 I got a a chicken tender sandwich. Very dissatisfied considering I paid almost 10$ for it. Also asked for it to be plain and that didn’t happen as well.
Food is great and HOT. They do not consider this and they will hand your tray to you straight out of the drive-thru with NO BAG and it will BURN you if you grab it. Be careful! Why doesn't a TO-GO area have bags?

To start off they got my order wrong. The food I did receive was just okay. And to top it all off, when I went to throw my trash away in the trash can in the back patio/seating area, I ruined my shoes and slipped in grease that for some forsaken reason they thought it was okay to dump next to the pile of snow. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. I want a refund.

Been to cookouts all across the southeast and this is the only cookout so far that does crinkle cut fries and barbecue sauce on their sandwiches instead of the standard texas pete and slaw. Saw we were ready to order but still sat back talking to coworkers for a few minutes before bothering to come up to the register. A shame bc every other cookout has been phenomenal.
