5 stars overall. There was a mistake with one order but overall it was great. The food was really good for cracker barrel. I didn't taste the chemical nonstick spray on the pancakes like other CB. The casserole was great and the bacon was cooked perfectly. My hubby enjoyed the chicken dinner. It was tender and flavorful. It was supposed to be beef but they sent chicken instead. I don’t know what Cracker Barrel as a company is doing but if this on in Richmond is pitiful. My fried fish for Friday Fish fry looks like yesterday’s fried chicken. My husband’s sourdough toast isn’t toasted on one side. The room is elongated compared to others. PLUS no lantern on the table! Their signature! This puts the customer closer to the loud kitchen. In my 51 years I’ve never seen such a sad sight.

Got the campfire chicken, it was so good. The beef campfire is even better! S'mores latte was bomb. Our server was the sweetest lady, wish we could have her every time. It's kinda dark in the restaurant but some people may like that better. The store never has small sizes in the women's clothing.
