First time experience! It was clean, and the employees were working hard to get the cookies out to the customers. I do wish there was a little more interaction with the customers. I felt clueless when I went in, but had to figure it out.
We were in town for the Olivia Rodrigo concert in Lexington, and we just had to stop by for her cookie! This Crumbl location was fantastic, the staff was really friendly, and the cookie was absolutely delicious.
