I came here last night. The worker used the same pair of gloves to process payment and handle food. Furthermore, both my bag and my drink had a sticky residue on the outside that was difficult to get off my hands.
I've never experienced this at a Culver's before. Using the same pair of gloves to do everything entirely defeats the purpose of having gloves on at all.

I dropped my drink in the drive-thru, and Leslie (who was at the window) gave me a new one and a roll of paper towels to help me clean it up! Awesome service and very considerate people (and good food).

We stopped at Culver’s while traveling through town and had a great experience. The food was fresh and hot, and the young man at the window was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely stop here again when passing through.

Fantastic food and fantastic service! We stopped on our way back to Pennsylvania after a friend suggested we try a Butterburger. I've got food intolerances and fast food can be difficult but there were plenty of options. I got a burger without the bun, fries, broccoli, a side salad, and an Andes custard. My fiance got a burger and shake. While we waited for the food we saw the custard pints in the freezer and were lamenting that we couldn't bring any home because of the 10-hour ride. Christina overheard us and offered a cooler bag filled with ice if we wanted to take some home. We sure did! She was super sweet and pointed out favorite flavors. She also packed us up with plenty of napkins and spoons and well-wishes for a safe trip home. She was such a sweetheart! Thank you! And the food was absolutely delicious. Best fast food burger we've had. I'm so bummed we don't have one back home but when we're back in the area again we'll definitely be stopping back in!
