This is by far the best chain restaurant burger you can get. I first had culvers outside of the main gate of FT. Leonardwood, and it was amazing. I'll say our local Richmond location is also top notch, maybe even better. The food is excellent, the place is clean, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Out of the many times I've fed my entire family there either in-store or to go I've only ended up missing an order once, and they immediately fixed the issue. They let me keep the mistake order, and I even recieved a voucher for a free basket for my trouble as it was a bit of a wait to receive my corrected order maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but after that level of customer service I really didn't mind. This place trains their employees to be attentive, polite, and quick very well, which is uncommon these days at a drive through restaurant. This sets them apart as one of the best!

I honestly love the food, burgers are really good, but I don’t go here just for the food! I also come for the funny and unique quotes that they have in and on all their packages! From the fires to the soda cup! So funny and creative! I enjoy all the aspects of this burger joint! Plus the food is always good! Weather its ordered through door dash or in person! Always a pleasant experience! Definitely recommend!
