“Ordered on DoorDash and requested a lavender honey oatmilk latte. They called me soon after to let me know they were out of lavender syrup. They offered to refund my money or make an alternative drink. I chose an alternative drink, and they then offered me a complimentary bakery item. When I arrived to pick up my drink, they had me try it and offered to make me something else if I didn’t like it. Excellent customer service in my opinion.“

Didn't realize , they had a drive through !
Jessica , was absolutely amazing , her kindness she showed us , was top notch .
She noticed I was with an elderly gentleman and helped me , constantly the entire visit , she went over and beyond !
Mary was also , just as kind , these girls are , exactly who I would want to work for myself , if I owned this store !“
