This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.

Went there today on my lunch break, and had the pleasure of getting an awesome employee named Sam. He was soooo funny and nice! He is definitely a people person and I appreciate his hospitality. Keep up the good work guys!

This Dairy Queen location is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, hot food is always fresh. When picking out a cake for a party they were will to add wording and genuinely seemed more than willing to help.

Terrible service do not ask for extra ketchup or just honey mustard

This place has changed us so we will not eat at any Dairy Queen

Food was good for fast food, lettuce and tomato on the burger was fresh. Service was super friendly. Seating area obviously not wiped down and bathrooms could be cleaner.

So beyond disappointed in this place. 2 visits in a row have failed, the second visit was even to fix the first one. The first time they told me they had no gravy for the chicken, which I was bummed about but ok, and they completely left out my large order of cheese curds. When I called them later about the missing cheese curds they told me to come back and get them. I couldn't go that night but I went tonight. Decided I would see if they had the gravy and get the chicken if they did. So they said they did and got the chicken basket and the replacement cheese curds. The cheese curds were only the regular size instead of the large but I was fine with that because I was going to eat my chicken. Get home, pull out the gravy and it SQUIRTS out of the lid. I had asked for 2 sides of gravy and they were just 2 containers of flavored gravy water, absolutely not gravy. It leaked in the box and made the fries and chicken soggy, they completely forgot the toast, which is fine as it would have just been soggy bread. Other then calling there doesn't seem to be a way to contact anyone and I am too annoyed to call right now. How a manager thought it was ok to send that Easter out as gravy is beyond me, especially to a guest who you were already having to fix a screw-up for. As someone who spent years in management I would have never allowed my staff to send something like that out. If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it! Second time in a roll I have just thrown my money away.

It's always hit or miss here for me. Some days it's good food with great, kind, & speedy service... other days it's lacking all the way around... even during the same times and same employees.
