Hairs in my blizzards both locations never eat here again be more sanitary (tip hair nets wow shocking)

It's always hit or miss here for me. Some days it's good food with great, kind, & speedy service... other days it's lacking all the way around... even during the same times and same employees.

My fries are chewy, like when you leave them out for a day.
Are they selling day old refrigerated fries?
This has been the most disappointed Dairy Queen experience in all my travels across this country.

I just watched the man that took my order smoke a cigarette after he parked me walk back in and immediately start bagging my food without washing his hands.

Service ain’t good line was out the road had plenty of employees working no sense of urgency from the lady working the window as she slowly walked back and fourth while others where working also my blizzard was super soupy and no toppings when I asked her about it she said that’s how it comes the other location in Richmond is great newer building nicer staff clean and they flip your blizzard so u know it’s not melted nasty place I hope the owners get better people in management positions that actually care

went through the drive through and i was mocked for how i ordered because i have a country accent then when i got my food i didn’t even get the burger that he repeated and mocked me when i ordered. i paid $14 for cheese curds because that is all i got.

They forgot to make my husband's ice cream cone and we had to dig through the freezer to find my Dilly Bar.
A room on the left when you came in had a table and chairs upside down on it. It didn't make you want to sit down and enjoy yourself!

This specific Dairy Queen does not know how to make a MooLatte! I get MooLatte's at every DQ I go to. I've been to this DQ two times (11 months apart), and both times the MooLatte was not very good. At other Dairy Queens they taste great... but not at this DQ.
