I ordered and paid for a combo, and they didn’t give me any fries. I tried to call to tell them, and hopefully get the fries another time, and the phone isn’t working.

Was sitting on the patio with my family eating when one of the employees decided to light a cigarette and smoke right next to us. If you’re an employee who wants to smoke, please do so in your car, or far enough away from customers as to not ruin their experience.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was told “it will be a minute” didn't bother to say welcome to Dairy Queen, How can i help you, Thank you for choosing Dairy Queen I’ll be right with you. Just RUDE from the very beginning! I asked for extra ketchup in my bag and the lady rudely handed 4 packs out the window saying “here this is all i got have a nice night” & closing the window before i could even ask for anything else! Got all the way home and checked my food only to find spicy cheese & a small hair on my sandwich and i absolutely hate anything spicy!! I will never be back at this location again!!

Food was alright. I ordered three Blizzard one of them came out alright. The other two came out wrong. Got a cookie dough that somehow tasted like strawberries and a chocolate brownie extreme add peanut butter with no peanut butter that also wasn't blended fully. Also asked for a drink carrier and napkins. Got a single napkin and a flimsy cup holder that could only fit two blizzards and it couldn't handle the weight of them so I ended up not using it. Horrible customer service experience.

I travel the country daily hafta say this is worst dq iv ever been to ans I eat dq daily they charge 2 dollar for a pup cup starbucks don't even charge for pup cup all dq will serve lunch at breakfast time as well with a wait of course they was very rude wen I ask if they would like it was a bother to them needless to say I will not be back to this location

waited in the drive through at the speaker for ten minutes, i had to call the store to get their attention. Then, our order was completely wrong at the window, on top of the employee being extremely short and rude while slamming the door between interactions. the people on the phone were nice and apologetic, but that worker definitely needs to be trained again.

Me and my wife went through tonight to get some food for us and our son. The guy at the window was really rude, and pretty much slung our food, drinks, and ice creams out the window. It’s called good customer service for a reason and this Dairy Queen sure don’t have that. Owner should be disappointed in who his team is.

Idk if it's the management or workers to blame but they cannot make any of the soft serves correctly, milk shakes, and definitely not the frozen hot chocolates. The owner should be here more often to experience what his workers call customer service. And to top it off, the Coke products here and always, always terrible. Idk how that happens but it's just not the Dairy Queen experience that anyone should have.
I love the blizzards and their drinks. I also almost always buy an ice cream cake for my birthday and Mother’s Day. They are delicious as always.

I felt like at the order box, I was being ignored or rushed... it's your job, bud! Also they got my order wrong, I asked nicely if they would fix it, they started whispering and literally mean mugging me, it made me mad but I also almost started laughing at the greasy kids, that's another thing, isn't hygiene a part of your customers service policy? Now cue the automated response from the Dairy Queens team. It's always the same thing in response. Actually, do something... do something about your customers' issues, have a meeting! SOMETHING!?

Would love to add the photos but this site want let me. So I will post them on on social media. The chicken from them chicken strip basket was hard as if it was yesterday's left over and reheated chicken..the gravy was very clumpy
