Got 2 blizzards and a large drink at the drive thru. Both items taste fine, however the blizzards were super melted cause only one girl, out of maybe 5, seemed to be doing anything. I sat and watched the blizzards melt for 5 minutes before they were handed to me. I would mention to other staff to hold off on chit-chat until the rush is gone, or at least give the poor girl a hand and multitask. Just felt bad for her, she had a million things to do, and no help.
It's just way too expensive for the quality of food that they serve and they wasn't very nice to the new lady, she was having a hard time and they were getting very frustrated with her.
Went through drive thru, waited so I thought, awesome hot food. I live 3.5 miles away. Got home NOfries, so I drove back. Went inside, told them I'd gone though the drive thru, etc. Had to wait on HOT fries but by the time I was home, cold burger. No real apology either.But in older visits, everything has been correct. Word of warning, ALWAYS check your bag to make sure all your food is there.
