In a new development at corner of Goggins ln and Tates Creek..Parkview at Hangsr Farms. Was told Im not in the delivery area. Well thats a buncha crap cause they deliver to homes on Goggins lane which is actually further out than my home. Yall just lost a customer...nice work. Ordered from dominoes and they actually worked with me to get the address...good pizza! Thanks for a crappy experience mad mushroom!

Did not receive part of my order and the rest of it was cold. Waited on hold for 15min then got an offer from the app for 20% of or 60 points. Absolute joke.

Could not order pizza because I was using cash and the order was $54. My food was only $46 but because delivery put it over $50 they said they could not deliver unless I used a credit or debit card. What a joke. Big City Pizza for the win. $10 tip because I appreciate them assuming I was a real customer with cash.

Consistently the delivery time is excessive. By the time the food arrives it has been waiting for someone to deliver it reaching room temp. You need to order your food hours before you want it to be hot when you get it.
Tried to order delivery (which we have plenty of times before). Typed in our address ordered and paid. Was not alerted that we were “out of delivery range” until the pizza was done. Dominos called told we had ordered at the new dominos by kohl’s and they would not deliver it. After further research the old dominos doesn’t deliver anymore. I have a hard time believing we are out of the range of the new dominos because why would it allow us to place the order? Also why wait until the food is literally done to tell us.

Placed an order for tots and mac n cheese at 8:59 pm tonight. Here it is 10:03 and the app still says quality check which it has said since 9:12. That was a $28 order & it doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving it.
