Could not order pizza because I was using cash and the order was $54. My food was only $46 but because delivery put it over $50 they said they could not deliver unless I used a credit or debit card. What a joke. Big City Pizza for the win. $10 tip because I appreciate them assuming I was a real customer with cash.

Consistently the delivery time is excessive. By the time the food arrives it has been waiting for someone to deliver it reaching room temp. You need to order your food hours before you want it to be hot when you get it.

Tried to order delivery (which we have plenty of times before). Typed in our address ordered and paid. Was not alerted that we were “out of delivery range” until the pizza was done. Dominos called told we had ordered at the new dominos by kohl’s and they would not deliver it. After further research the old dominos doesn’t deliver anymore. I have a hard time believing we are out of the range of the new dominos because why would it allow us to place the order? Also why wait until the food is literally done to tell us.

Placed an order for tots and mac n cheese at 8:59 pm tonight. Here it is 10:03 and the app still says quality check which it has said since 9:12. That was a $28 order & it doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving it.
Put an order in on the app, tracker went through all the stages of order prep just for the order to be canceled almost 45 minutes after I originally placed it. Thanks for wasting my time 👍🏻

I ordered two pizzas and parm bites got to the store to pick them up and Both of my pizzas did not have green peppers they said there was a recall on them which was fine i understand that but they could of called me and told me when i ask to just give me a side of Banana peppers and a side of black olives instead the lady was rude and said she cant do that i said i paid for two more toppings give them to me or give me a full refund the lady then said you have to talk to the manager i said ok but the manager was not there so i waited the manager must not be there at all times THEY SHOULD BE another lady gave me my sides i still never saw the manager . I had to heat my pizza back up at home
