I am an AVID dunkin customer because I live close by, and this dunkin is amazing!! I’ve known this all along of course, but today I had an amazing interaction. I got my drink and while waiting for my sandwich, I noticed my drink wasn’t made as it usually is (I used the app so 100% user error). I brought it up to the guy working the window, and he was extremely polite and assured me it would be remade!! In probably 2 minutes, I had a brand new and delicious drink, and the girl that brought it to me was so kind! I was embarrassed to even say anything because I hate complaining, but I didn’t want to waste the money. I’m so glad they were understanding because I know a lot of places aren’t!

I have never had a bad experience at this Dunkin till today. I went in before work. Grab my usual. Brown sugar shkn espresso. I ask for less ice they didn’t even give me less ice. And on top of that. They didn’t even fill my drink all the way to the top. And when I asked if they can fill it up a little more. They give me attitude. The tall guy was disrespectful and give me attitude. Their excuse was because I ask for “less ice”. So they could fill it to the top. Highly disappointed. I paid $6.09 for half a DRINK!!! Dunkin’ I’m extremely disappointed in you! Do not go to this location!!! They are rude, disrespectful, and never get your order right. Don’t go to this location if you want to pay $6.09 for half a drink!!!!. Do better Dunkin!!!

I go here often for my lunches and everyone is always very kind. I make a drive thru order and I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes. The drinks are consistent and they always remember any add ons you have. I definitely recommend going here! It’s a very inviting atmosphere, especially for someone with social anxiety.
