I am an AVID dunkin customer because I live close by, and this dunkin is amazing!! I’ve known this all along of course, but today I had an amazing interaction. I got my drink and while waiting for my sandwich, I noticed my drink wasn’t made as it usually is (I used the app so 100% user error). I brought it up to the guy working the window, and he was extremely polite and assured me it would be remade!! In probably 2 minutes, I had a brand new and delicious drink, and the girl...

I go here often for my lunches and everyone is always very kind. I make a drive thru order and I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes. The drinks are consistent and they always remember any add ons you have. I definitely recommend going here! It’s a very inviting atmosphere, especially for someone with social anxiety.
