Yall are so inconsistent it’s not funny. Sourdough breakfast sandwich comes with half frozen eggs 80% of the time and the coffee rarely tastes the same from visit to visit even though I get the exact same thing everytime, I don’t understand.

Coffee was good but the young brunette girl with the glasses working at the window is extremely RUDE. She acted like me ordering my drink was a bother to her. I’ll happily take my business to Dutch Brothers. I won’t go back.

I don't know why I keep coming back to this location I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. This place is always short-staffed and there's no consistency to how they make their drinks. It's a coffee shop ... they're making coffee not building Rockets I don't understand the difficulty

There’s a very simple reason that Starbucks (among many other decent companies) offer their customers to make their $5 coffee order free after they’ve been waiting in line for 34 minutes, trapped and cannot get out of the line, and now 22 minutes late for work for watered down coffee. Do better.

awful customer service. Was extremely nice to the girl at the window and all I got back was her rolling her eyes at me.

Came here tonight and there was a brown haired girl with glasses that had an all out terrible attitude 2nd time I’ve came through and her acted like that super rude when I was very kind to her. I said thank you and she hear me didn’t respond and shut the door after some very rude looks. Didn’t know her in the slightest

There's a reason I don't very often come to this location in Richmond. It's because the times I have been I have had to wait 20+ minutes to get food. They just remodeled which they needed because they were looking a little run down...now they have two drive throughs which make service even slower believe it or not. I will never understand this design choice. I did a mobile order and went to pick it up, and it took me over 30 minutes to get through the drive through (keep in mind that this location is a maze and is designed so terribly that you get trapped and can't get out of the drive through after a certain point). Once I finally got up to the window, they very quickly handed my food--sandwich was cold and my iced coffee which I ordered with milk and was printed on the label was not made accurately. I then asked them to remake it and another team member came to the window and assured me she's the one who made my coffee and put milk in it. Now, I have been drinking coffee for a hot minute, so I'm not stupid. This looked like just iced coffee. No syrup either. Very bitter--straight up iced coffee. Staff is always very rude---they were irritated when I pulled up to the speaker and they would not remake my order. If y'all want a place to eat breakfast that will waste your time, money, and they gaslight you, then look no further with this restaurant---to name it a restaurant is being too generous. It's a step up from gas station quality breakfast, and I've had better gas station breakfasts.
