Great staff, great drinks—they are honestly outdoing Starbucks by miles. The baristas greet you like old friends, even if it’s your first visit. I swear the espresso machine has a better work ethic than most office interns. The energy drinks are so good they should come with a warning label for addictive behavior. If productivity had a flavor, it would taste exactly like their caramel latte. This place is basically the executive location for people who just really like coffee. .

Dutch Bros has always been hit or miss for me every time I’ve been. Last time I went I finally found the perfect drink (for me), so I saved it as a favorite in the app since I had placed the order to pickup through the app.
Well I went to order it this time and just used the favorite preset thinking it saved ALL the options. Well it doesn’t and it’s 100% something corporate needs their programmers to fix because I was so disappointed with my drink this time. It tasted nothing like the last drink I had ordered, in fact it didn’t really have much flavor at all and tasted incredibly watered down. I got the largest sized ice coffee and like 90% of it was ice. Where in the world is that a normal amount of ice for an iced coffee? I could barely push the straw in because there was so much ice. When I originally made the drink I had checked the option for light ice, it didn’t even show up when I double checked what I ordered, so I tested to see if I went to add it in a new order if the option was there and tried to edit it, and the option doesn’t show up unless I make a completely new drink.
So technically it’s not 100% the location’s fault, but the app absolutely needs to be updated because the UX team definitely didn’t notice that bug when testing the app. But also, no drink needs THAT much ice in it. 🤢
I ordered vanilla flavoring but this tasted like mocha and I couldn’t taste any vanilla. I also asked for caramel and I don’t think they even put any in it. So who knows, maybe they got my drink mixed up with someone else’s, because the last time they mixed up the food item with someone else’s. Which I hope this isn’t the case because I’m lactose intolerant. I guess I’ll find out soon enough.
But the workers are always friendly, I’ll give them that. When your order is right, it’s good.

I love their coffee and refreshers! Such a good espresso base that beats any other coffee chain company. Also, the refresher options are great. I am not a fan of overly sweet, so having the flavored soda option was nice

We stop every Saturday morning and get two Golden Eagles, one with an extra shot, to start our day. For the last month the extra shot has been left out and ,to make it worse, one of those days we were served a cold coffee. On Thursday, 12-18-25, we decided to give Dutch Brother one last attempt to get our order right before going to “the other coffee shop”. We pulled into the drive thru and placed our order with Cohen, after which, I explained what we have been dealing with for the last month and asked Cohen to please make sure that the extra shot was added (I’ve been making this same request for the last month). Cohen was the only associate to apologize for the experience we were having and assured us that we would have a correct order today. As he turned away, I had to call him back so that I could give him a tip and this is when the customer service went above and beyond. Cohen said that because of the experience he preferred no tip. We thanked him and then he promptly proceeded back inside to deliver the request. It was 10:40am when we pulled up to the service window and, after receiving the correct order, asked to see the manager. We were asked to pull up and wait by the curb for him to come out to see us. He explained that he was the Shop Lead (sorry I forget his name) and asked how he could help. We explained the situation and that if anyone deserved a tip it was Cohen for the exemplary customer service. The Shop Lead said he would see to it that Cohen was taken care of and apologized again for the experience. It is this type exemplary customer service that saved us as customers.
