Cute shop and friendly service. Drive though and walk up window only no seating. Line was a bit long and took a bit. The hot coffee drinks we got were good and were mostly milk with a little flavor, couldn't taste the espresso. That could be a pro or con depending on how you like your coffee. Overall good experience but not my favorite coffee spot for something quick or coffee flavored.

Shout out to the Dutch Bros. team in Richmond KY. Stopped by after our girls golf tournament was cancelled due to severe weather. Service and product were excellent and you brightened up their day with some stickers. Will definitely stop back when we are driving through!!

Freaking superior - best coffee ever and staff is so nice.And I just found out that the salted caramel mocha coffee I got had 290 cal and 22 g of protein and their mediums are actually pretty darn big - this place is fire ?

The best blended latte I’ve had. Had my pup w me and they were just the sweetest. Best pup cups we’ve had as well so that was definitely a plus!

My first visit to Dutch Bros was in Richmond, Kentucky. Customer service was superb coffee excellent! I asked for a mixed frozen drink and they were very accommodating in mixing the two flavors when the gentleman came to the window to hand me the drinks I saw that they had a green apple flavor in kids sizes and I asked "hey do you all sell the green apple ? flavor in adult sizes he said yes do you want apple I said no I already ordered something different and don't want to have you make another drink he said no ma'am it will be no problem at all. I said no, I just would like to know for future reference. He said, "Are you sure because I can make it no problem. I said no, no, but thanks for offering. I have not seen this kind of service in years. I will definitely be visiting the Dutch Bros in my residing state to get more of this coffee and a frozen drink. Hopefully, I get the same Customer Service.

I was so happy when I found out there was a Dutch bros in Richmond!!! Started coming here a week an ago and have left with a smile every time, the staff they have here are amazing and Dutch bros co in general have an amazing system.
