Their bagels are the best in Richmond without a doubt but they're closed all summer until school starts. Weird hours to begin with. Just sucks.
I love this place but here recently their coffee has been so watery. Their coffee used to be my favorite so im hoping they start brewing it like they used to.
Rude workers with no logic. will yell at you to pull up your mask above the tip of your nose while they have indoor dining…Sad and pathetic. I can understand why there is no business there
The photos should speak for themselves. Having a sign up that tells employees to upsell students. Taking advantage of college students.

Workers are unimpressive and they sell stale bagels. Classic EKU to rip off its students in any way they can.
Poor service, ride workers
Very clean, but, very rude students working. They only accept cards at the moment for covid, the bagels are very costly. A meal for 2 for a quick lunch of 2 bagle sandwiches and a bag of chips came to over 20 dollars. I dont know how anyone can afford to eat here.

Welcome back to campus! The staff has always treated the students and staff in our department well, and we are glad to have this dining option again. Can't tell you how often students asked me "Aren't they ever bringing Einstein's back?" You have been missed by many!
I love the paintings
I visit any chance I can when traveling to an area with the Einstein Brothers and this was not the quality I find standard at other locations. I got a everything bagel roasted with cheddar jalepeno schmear. First the bagel wasnt even warm much less crisp from toasting. I usually see the schmear between the slice but not today. It was a glaze amount. I asked them if the toaster could be adjusted and was told no. So I asked they put it through THREE times before it was crisp and brown. Additionally there were four employees working and the floor was so gross. See my photo. I look forward to visiting another location that offers a real Einstein Brothers Bagels quality experience.
Poor service and beyond rude workers! My plain bagel, which I got toasted, was completely raw inside. Save yourself the pretty penny and got to Starbucks for cheaper and better bagels and service!
Honestly, considering it's an Aramark-run food place you can't go wrong. The wait might be a few minutes depending on the time of day, but they are friendly and quick at fulfilling your order.
