Stopped in for a quick lunch on our way home from Tennessee. The employee working the register was easily one of the nicest fast food workers I’ve ever encountered. The food came out very quickly, was very affordable and very good. The restaurant was also clean!

I have never been a fan of fazolis, with that being said. The staff is very attentive, no waiting for service, and the staff is super freindly. If you like fazolis, this could be your favorite spot.

Really good Fazolis. I am always worried trying a new location as some can be a complete disaster but the food was hot and the staff looked they shower :)

Young man at counter was awesome. Believe his name was Seth. He was pleasant to every person that came in. He was excellent in the service of the food. Checked in with each table. He took this place to another level. Almost felt like I was at Olive Garden

Just about every single time I’ve been through the drive thru, they either forget a very important item that I ordered or do not give me a fork. The food is subpar, but that’s not even my biggest gripe with this place. One or two times, whatever. But it’s been almost every single time for the past year or so.
This place has gone downhill quite a bit. I’d love to change my review in the future if things improve but the constant incorrect orders and forgetting of basic eating utensils is making me avoid this place.
I think I’ll just drive the 20 minutes over to the Winchester location.
