Wonderful experience!!! Naomi is so nice!! Every time we go, she ALWAYS has a smile!! An added bonus, there was a very helpful lady that asked if she could take our trays and dispose them for us!! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Always a very clean environment too!!! May GOD’s blessings continue on this restaurant!!!!!
They will forget to give you your food then tell you they will write your name down in a book then refuse to honor it. Better check your order before you leave otherwise you’ll be screwed.

Would give it 3.5/5 stars but the food is actually great. However, every single time I've gone through the drive thru in the last month to get a cheesecake there has not been a fork included (how in the world am I supposed to eat the cheesecake??)
I'm not sure if they're cutting back on plastic forks or if it's unintentional but it's very annoying and I hope it's corrected.
This place was amazing 2 yrs ago.. But since have slowly going down in terms of food taste, cleanliness and friendly people. But, I'll give it another chance

People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!

Fazoli's unfortunately did not live up to expectations during my recent visit. Right from the start, I noticed that the portion sizes were disappointingly small, especially for the price. To make matters worse, everything was served in to-go containers, which felt rather uninviting and cheap.
The staff's attitude further detracted from the experience. They were not only rude but also seemed to act strangely, which made the whole dining atmosphere uncomfortable. It was hard to enjoy the meal when the environment felt so off-putting.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning; every table was filthy, and it seemed like no effort was made to maintain a tidy dining area. Overall, my experience at Fazoli's was extremely disappointing. I would give it a 0 out of 10 and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
