Visiting town on business. Never had Firehouse subs but heard good things so I walked in shortly before closing on a Monday not expecting too much and was handed one of the best subs I've ever had. Nice job, guys, keep up the good work! You made a fan out of me. Friendly service, too!

We came in on a Tuesday evening at about 1930 after about 9 hours of travel. Without being overly effusive and perky, we were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. This was the first time I've been in a Firehouse Subs, and I appreciated having a moment to look over the menu board without feeling rushed. Our food was prepared quickly and tasted good. Plus, I love the way you give back to the community! Thank you, and see you again sometime

This is the $16 sandwich that was just delivered.This was supposed to be a NY Steamer.When I asked the manager " did this not seem to be an odd order?" He said no. Me: "so nothing to make you think 'maybe I should verify?"Him "no"Me: "so if I just wanted bread, why wouldn't I order the least expensive sandwich?" ,Him: "you're being "mean".I was literally laughing my a$$ off, completely dumbstruck that he was defending this. To make it worse, I had a medium NY Steamer made correctly on the same order.

I sent my guy out for food he said firehouse ? I said okay the Cajun sub sounds interesting I take 4 bites to realize it's nothing but Cajun sauce an lettuce the amount of disappointment I can't even say it's okay ppl make mistakes bc now I have nothing for dinner his sub was fine but every time my food is never right I won't be back u won't get my or my guys money anymore at least Jersey Mike's AND Subway PUTS MEAT ON THERE SUBS

Sub made incorrectly. They continue to get the order wrong.
This review is atypical of the usual service from Firehouse Subs but it still bears reviewing. We went the Firehouse Subs last night and despite having three employees working, it took over 15 minutes to make the two simple subs. One of the two orders was botched up horribly and what was supposed to be a footlong was only a half but to give credit where credit is due, they got the bread type right but the sub was supposed to have been fully involved" except for onion and pickle but it had no tomato, no mayo, no oil & vinegar, no salt & pepper, nothing and as if that wasn't bad enough, the sub had scarcely any meat on it when checked after we got home and for two half subs (supposed to have been a footlong sub and a half sub with chips and large drink, we were charge in excess of $20! As I stated before, this is really not typical of Firehouse Subs to be this horrible and the employees seemed very, out of it while they were trying to take the orders. Not pointing fingers but Occam's razorI wrote this review not to shame anyone but to get Firehouse Subs to look into this incident so that they don't lose any dedicated and loyal customers due to bad service
