My daughter went on line and added our name to the wait list.....should have been a 20 minute wait. We checked in on arrival. 35 minutes later we are still waiting. My daughter checked again they told her we were next in line....they sat 3 other parties in front of us. My daughter checked again and we were told we were next. We took our name off the list and left. Firstwatch is one of my favorite places to eat. We eat at this particular restaurant often and I was totally disappointed.

The waitress ignored my drink request and then looked appalled when it was mentioned that it was with light ice. Also found a hair in my mother’s food, eggs Benedict, and immediately lost our appetite. Their offer was to redo the hairy food and a $20 coupon for next time we come in. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Really love the healthier meal options and how gluten free friendly this place is. They have a good balance of menu options and everything Ive had there is good. It's hard to decipher portion sizes from menu sometimes but all around great place and reliable go to for me.

The server ignored us after our food was brought out. It would have been nice to get a drink refill during the meal and not asked right before getting the check. Also, the soda prices are ridiculous. Just order water.
