The order was wrong but quickly fixed. The cashier was running around and doing so many tasks. Someone would just be best at working the drawer and only that for better service.

Overpriced puddles of grease and poorly flavored shakes. $10 for JUST the burger, not even the meal, and that's just the normal burger with no add ons or any sort of specialty? No. And they almost never clean their tables. Plus, I've seen a manager walk out of the bathroom without washing her hands AND was picking her nose as she came out of the stall.

Parking: Great parking if you consider the fact that they just use all the other stores around their location parking.

Steak N Shake is a million times better than this place. They have the same food at Steak N shake for half the price. Much better tasting food than at Freddy’s too. McDonald’s McDoubles taste better than the burger I had from Freddy’s. Won’t last long at this rate in Richmond.

Ordered a burger.. looked like they put half the jar of mayonnaise on it and then there was this weird slimy substance on the bottom bun that looked like spit.. absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Worst Freddys I've been too by far.

We ordered an order of cheese curds and there were barely enough to fit in your hand for $5.39. We talked to the cashier and that was the amount you get for a full order. Don’t waste your money.

A lesser Culver's and just as expensive honestly not nearly as good. Their regular food was like Rally's food but more expensive but just as greasy and super slow making it. Service wasn't very friendly but the order was correct. The ice cream was not good definitely go to Culver's if you're looking for custard ice cream experience. Overall I was very disappointed I was hoping for a good new ice cream place to go to but I did not enjoy this experience. It was also very expensive for the food size that was received.
