The California was the best 10/10 was kinda sad they advertised for a Chicago dog outside the building and I went in tried to order one and the cashier looked at me confused

Food was alright. Strawberry dream cake shake was delicious, but hard to suck the chunks through the straw. Burger and chili dog were good.

Visited from out of town. The food was delicious. But the dining room lobby was so dirty and messy we almost turned around to leave when we stepped in. There were plenty of employees on shift that kept walking right past the trash on the floor, dirty tables, etc. We couldn't find anywhere clean to eat so we went to the outside dining to eat with the cicadas. Which was just another level of displeasure. But there was also a dead cicada on the floor inside.
Otherwise, the employees were very friendly and pleasant. Also, I liked the theme of the restaurant and the music that was played.
If the restaurant wasn't so dirty, I would've given it 5 stars.

I see people complaining about the long wait. These burgers are the best you can get on a fast food in Richmond right now. Good stuff takes time. Love how they melt the cheese. Just wish the buns were a little toasted until
but that’s fine. I will be coming back hopefully I get the same quality.
