Called Giovanni’s in Richmond to order a pizza like my wife and I do once or twice a month and was told I am not allowed to order because I supposedly owe them for a pizza from March 2025.
That is almost a year ago. No phone call back then. No reminder. No receipt. Nothing. Just a surprise accusation when I try to give you more money today. Apparently Giovanni’s runs on a mystery debt system where customers are guilty until proven innocent.
If your operation is so disorganized that you are blocking paying customers over an unverified pizza from last spring, the problem is not the customer. It is your business. I did not refuse to pay today. You refused to sell. Congratulations on being the only pizza place I have ever called that managed to say no to revenue.

Italian seasoning is not that expensive and needs to be added to the food. Restaurant was a bit dirty. Price was decent. May or May not return.

We had never tried Giovanni’s before so DoorDashed to our hotel room. At first we received a message stating the cheesy bread we ordered was out, but much to our delight, a hot and fresh order arrived after all. The pizzas were excellent, cheesy bread was great, the salads were so big I felt they were bottomless. Delicious fresh ingredients Wonderful experience

This Giovanni's buffet had an even better than usual selection! And as always, it was really good!!! And a personal favorite, you get your own drink, so no waiting on the server for refills.

You could say Giovanni's had skibidi toilet ohio rizz but only if it was opposite day. I pounded sketti and pizza for an hour and got out at a decent price respectfully. KONY2012
The food is really great. Barbecue Pizza is my favorite my father! the downside is you have to watch what time of day you get the buffet because it will not be fresh at certain times. Ithe other downside is they keep increasing the price of the buffet. It is now 14.99 into my opinion that is just overpriced.
