“Ordered on DoorDash and requested a lavender honey oatmilk latte. They called me soon after to let me know they were out of lavender syrup. They offered to refund my money or make an alternative drink. I chose an alternative drink, and they then offered me a complimentary bakery item. When I arrived to pick up my drink, they had me try it and offered to make me something else if I didn’t like it. Excellent customer service in my opinion.“

I was concerned when no one answered the phone, but they got me exactly what I needed even though they were understaffed.
