Decided to give this place another chance. But yall failed miserably the second time around…again. Gave the waitress our drink order. 15 min later she comes back and says they’re out of Xx’s. Decided to get Bud Lights instead. Waited ANOTHER 10 min. Mind you, this place wasn’t busy. I wonder how much longer we would have been waiting if we had stayed. Decided to leave after 25 min with no drink. The managers were just standing around doing NOTHING. I’m a server as well and the service there was HORRIBLE. This place is a joke

If I could give a -5, I would!!! I walked in waited 5 minutes and no one seated me so I seated myself. I looked at the menu for 15 minutes and again no one waited on me!!! I then walked out!!! This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had anywhere!!! I will never go to any Hooters anywhere again!!!!!!!

they may have been having a bad day. we waited 40 months for food and was then told they had an influx of to go orders and would be another 40 min. Apparently, some kitchen staff issues as well. I hope it gets better but I won't be back again for a while.

This is the worst Hooters to go to. You will walk in and wait 10 minutes to be seated even though about 5 girls see you standing there. The place is never busy but yet you get terrible service. Then you will wait about an hour for food that comes out cold because people are standing there talking and eating instead of working. Will never come here again. We have given this location 3 chances and all 3 times have been terrible.

Only rated the food, this was a door dash. I usually don’t leave negative reviews anywhere unless it’s for a good reason. I wasn’t going to for this but the more I ate it, the more I wanted to. I haven’t eaten at hooters in a long time until today. I don’t see myself going back. The boneless wings were mediocre at best. The dry rub definitely isn’t a dry rub, just like it was sprinkled with seasoning. Just really wasn’t a fan of the food, maybe just an off day or a bad order. I haven’t been this let down with ordering food in a while. Definitely not worth the value.
After seeing a show in Renfro Valley, we were looking for a place to watch the University of Louisville versus Florida State game. The ACC championship on December 2, 2023. Louisville did lose but we had a good time watching the game we stayed the whole game we had chicken wings, chicken, Tater tots mixed drinks and tea. All of our food was all good. The waitress was great people in there were cool. The restaurant was clean and the services was great!

Sadly did not get service. Came in and mo host available to seat us. Plenty of open tables so we sat ourselves in a convenient and visible section. Waited 20 minutes before moving to the bar and still treated with no service or greeting. When attempting to flag a server down they moved briskly past us as we were not there. Not the best experience and would not recommend richmond hooters

Ordered boneless wings, fried pickles, and waffle fries through DoorDash. The entire order was wrong but when I called, the manager said just to come in for a replacement. The manager working that night was very polite and replaced the order. At home, I noticed a rancid smell and off taste from the food, so I didn't eat much but my fiance did. We both got food poisoning for days. He got it worse! I'll never go back. 5-6 people dining in on a Saturday evening (during football season) should've been a clue.
