The cookies were not delivered warm. They were small, over baked and the flavor and texture were nothing special. These are very expensive grocery store cookies. They didn’t give me the correct amount of the cookies I ordered. I tried the somehow more expensive matcha latte cookie and it tasted like nothing. 12 exceedingly average cookies for $30+ with delivery and tip is ridiculous and I won’t be ordering again.

Forgot half of my order. Then, when they sent the forgotten half the order wasn't even correct. I got a regular chocolate chip cookie when I ordered one of the deluxe cookies, which is about double the price of a regular chocolate chip. The customer service was good.
