Well known restaurant in Pensacola. Always has been one of our favorites. Cocktails are the usual “steakhouse size”, ie, generous. Steaks cooked precisely, attentive service without being overbearing or snooty. You get what you pay for, so don't be a “hater”. I recommend!

Third time in a year we have dined at Jackson's and never had a bad experience. The steaks, appetizers, and drinks were all phenomenal. The bartender leia was so sweet and made really good drinks. Our server Alexis was very accommodating and helpful when we ordered or needed anything even though she was really busy. We will definitely be back.

We had high expectations, but unfortunately the experience didn't match the price. My wife enjoyed her meal, and the extra sides we ordered were good. I ordered the Old Hickory—the steak and crab were good, but the macaroni was extremely overcooked. The fried green tomatoes were fine on their own, but didn't work well with the steak and crab. The smoked apple old fashioned was a letdown—no real apple flavor and no smoky character at all. We ordered three desserts....
