After several problems on multiple visits I will not be returning. If you order in the drive thru check and double check your order because more than likely it is incorrect. If you do have to go inside to correct the order be prepared to wait and enjoy the circus that is going on behind the counter.

KFC in Richmond KY has some of the rudest employees ever and their food is never fresh its Lee's for me for now on I walked out with nothing not even a biscuit a thank you nothing

The employees were such a great & blessed help with my wife and I. One young lady even disposed of our food tray, even though we were planning on taking it to the trash bin. The employees at this particular KFC location are going above & beyond what's expected for good service. It is sad though this behavior doesn't bleed over to other restaurants. Worst experience..messed up both orders .left out the coleslaw and ruined both orders of potatoes..not to mention they told us to park out front and wait for the food that took almost forty five minutes to come out ....I would call but be pretty sure they don't care at all judging by the employes ...u get no stars for

don’t you delete my review again. louisville ain’t too far a drive i’ll get a pic of all y’all and show to ur bosses bosses boss. service sucked, food was slightly cold, hime girl at the window literally almost chucked my bag of food at me. terrible service, she uncharged my order too, something should’ve been around $6 and it turned out over $11. never gave me a receipt (this has happened twice in the past week and once around a month ago through drive through)

The Chicken Wings were overcooked and mostly hard skin. Got family meal but were shorted several pieces of chicken and all biscuits. This is too expensive and we feel cheated by this KFC restaurant. Usually there's always food missing. Won't go back.

The employees here disrespected the party I was with and refused to serve us after 15 minutes of waiting. Absolutely appalled by the disrespect and lack of work ethic of the employees. Many employees stood around and did nothing whilst we were patiently waiting to be served, to simply get rejected.
