Used to be the best place on Richmond… many moons ago. We ate there recently. It seems recipes have changed, and food was actually mostly cold and had been sitting for a while. I was disappointed and felt sad. Tons of people were still in there eating it up, but I need fresh food not old.

The food was mediocre. One hot bar didn’t seem to be working so none of the food (that I ate) was hot. I have never seen wonton soup served where the wontons were separate from the soup. The food was bland tasting too. The carpet is disgusting. It was so dirty it was black in some high traffic areas.
