Ordered the county fried steak was told be a 10 minute wait ( not the 1st time I’ve heard that) it’s very poorly managed and they offer excuses for everything!! Don’t go Thur the drive Thur if you are in a hurry!! I’d be embarrassed to call it a restaurant!!

Store accepted our online order and charged our card only for me to roll up at the pick up time and be told by the manager they were refusing to do the order because it was too close to closing time and they were low on supplies.
Tried to be understanding and asked if they could just cancel/refund the order and got some vague run around about calling a number on their website to get our money back.
