This resturant did not have many customers. Greeter was not welcoming. Waitress was nice but we were always waiting on something she forgot. Food was not fully cooked, food was also not crispy,but soggy.

I worked all through college for Logans. I came today expecting a fantastic nice thick juicy ribeye and i got a thin breakfast quality steak. Flavor was good but this is not what I ordered. My buddy got the new bbq new york strip, his strip was the same oz as my ribeye and his looked massive. My cucumber tomatoes and onions had ZERO flavor. Looked like vinegar or oils but no flavor. I am truly let down by this super thin ribeye that cost me $25ish. Come on Logans. Ill try again maybe but Texas and Cattleman's are killing the 12oz ribeye. They both are nice and thick cut. Not waffle house ribeye thick. With tip $100.00 even.

Just left the Logins roadhouse and I’m less than satisfied. The service was OK besides having to wait on drink throughout the meal. My wife’s medium rare steak was sent back three times because they could not get it right they overcooked it then they undercooked one and served blue then they brought it back extremely salty. She refused the steak and still charge us half for the steak even though she did not eat it!!! . Also, my daughter asked for a small cup of lemon wedges that when received had a hair in them. And my roadhouse barbecue platter was OK even though the ribs were too dry. More than $60 and my wife’s left hungry.

We had Kebo as our server tonight and he is very respectful and provides very high quality service. Our food was also very good.
My wife and I live in London. 40 minutes down I-75 from Richmond. We drove up there this past Sunday afternoon. We sat at the bar and had an appetizer with drinks. We loved it. The food was great and the bartender/server Tyler was fantastic! We will be back.

Met a friend for lunch on a Saturday. Richmond is halfway between where we each live. Shirley was our waitress and did a great job. Very patient with us as we lingered to spend time catching up. I got the Anything and Everything salad and it was delicious! Good size portion too. Love the house rolls! Give this place a try.

Sat for ten minutes waiting on service. Which was the bartender. The long haired bartender literally took a sip off the top off a glass of beer he over poured then set it at the out window. I was disgusted and left without ordering!
