I feel like it depends on the day & who’s working some days it’s flawless and then recently I’ve had QUITE a few occasions where multiple things are left out of the bag and I’ve had to drive all the way back because they forgot a whole meal? It just seems as if they aren’t checking what’s in the bag before handing it out and it shows. I guess it’s also on me for not checking when I receive the bag as well but I shouldn’t have to do that.
They never just get it right.. the simplest order is wrong! How do you mess up , plain)???
I submitted my order at 8:20 am to curbside i watched several cars come go through the drive through, 8:38 i finally went inside, no one @ the counter, people right by front line, i said excuse me several times, i was ignored, finally i slapped the counter 3/4 times finally the woman looked me aggravated, I told her i had been waiting for my order for 11 minutes curbside, she spoke to someone else "said she has been waiting for her order for 11 minutes" a person that was...read full review
