I ordered the mcdouble meal without cheese, without onions, without pickles. 1st time it had onions on it, 2nd time it had cheese on it, 3rd time it was right but thrown together sloppy. Wrapped inside out with grease all and ketchup all over the wrapper and bun. I really wish the workers would simply READ for special instructions.

Honestly it had been close to a year since i even visited another McDonald's because of some AWFUL food & service to be 100 about it. Leaving grocery late one night about week ago, tired & last thing i wanted to do was go home put away groceries then cook as well.... I made the decision & pulled into McDonald's Drive Thru (in front of Kroger on Bypass) ...
I dont know if its new management, new grill line or just new cooks & employees who care ... but recently (about 10-11pm) thier food, frappes & drinks have been - the BEST ive ever experienced anyway.
I just had Mocha Frappe, 6 PC chicken nuggets & fry... EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection!!

Worst on planet, last time I will visit. Biscuits and gravy cold, poor service, very rude employees.....ALWAYS HERE AT THIS LOCATION, NO SERVICE, MGRS SITTING OUT IN CAR
If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would!! The service is awful, the food is cold, and my order was handed out wrong twice …. The drive thru worker was using explicit language infront of customers just not the way I’d run my business or let my crew do whatever.

The food was good but the service definitely was not it is like a act of congress to get an employee to help ou out or ring up your order. I noticed that they try there best to not even look at you so t h at they would not have to wait on you

I usually like going to McDonalds for a breakfast sandwich in the morning about 3 times a month. This morning was different. The drive through line was crazy as usual, and inside was a little busy but not too busy.
My husband and I walked up to have our order taken and we knew we would have to wait until someone could come up and take it. WE DO NOT LIKE THE KIOSK. We want the personal experience with people. The manager for the morning shift would not take our order. She told the gal that would have taken our order that we would have to go to the kiosk to place an order. We went somewhere else to have breakfast this morning.

Chicken nuggets were awful

The food is ok if it's made to order. However if you don't customize your meal, no onions for example, and it will be food prepared prior to your visit. The meals are prepared in anticipation of future order, and could have been on standby for up to two hours.
The service is never personal. Your order has about a 50% chance of being wrong. Sadly I've found hair on the food mor than not. Hence why I personally do NOT eat McDonald's period. The atmosphere is very stressful and takes a lot of time to receive your food. The price has also risen a very noticeable amount in a short period of time.

This review was about the crazy line in the drive thru and the terrible and rude employees that kicked me, my daughter and her friend out of the lobby claiming it was closed after an employee let us in!!! The store had at least 5-8 people & it’s our turn in line and we’re kicked out then the drive thru line wrapped the building down to Kroger gas.. how the heck am I gonna spend over 10 mins in the lobby, no food. Then 30-45 mins in the drive thru… we had to get outta line and drive to a different store.. it’s constantly bs at this McDonald’s and it doesn’t matter how you want to approach it. My first review wasn’t the greatest and I hate that. But this is a constant problem, spending over an hour and 30 mins outside McDonald’s @9:30 pm for a 14.00 meal is a no go.. and watching the employees sit on paint buckets and stand next to the trash bin they roll out taking a smoke while 18 cars and counting wrap around the building AND THEY NOT MOVING! It’s amazing to me the amount of times they’ve showed that the customer isn’t regarded as first and have never been right in any kinda situation where they were WRONG. Hate this but ion have a choice🤷🏽♂️

Went inside. Waited for 15 mins for my order to be taken. Asked a manager if she would help and she told me they don’t take any orders at the front only the kiosk
Don't go here if you want fast food. They are very slow.
