This mcdonalds has the worst customer services i have ever seen. The MANAGER was extremely rude, amost caught a fade thru the drive thru for being completely unprofessional when i ask 4 times if someone was there bc I had been sitting in the drive thru lane for 10mins without no one ever coming to the speaker and no there was NO ONE in front of me.

Ordered at kiosk. It specifically asked me if I wanted a lil McDonald's toy... which is what I was there for. My meal arrived with an Elio toy. When I asked for the lil McDonald's, I was told they were out. Then please take it off the order kiosk!!!!!

Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes to end up with dried up overcooked food. They didn't give us straws for our drinks or forks for biscuits and gravy. Oh and we couldn't order soft drinks because they weren't available during breakfast?!?! Would give zero stars if I could.

The people in the back area with the grills seemed like very hard working employees, but the woman in the front was just yelling at everyone in a hostile manner. She seemed to be the manager. She was very rude when I interacted with her. I also saw several roaches in the front kitchen area as well as a mouse run across the floor near the office.
Just went to the drive thru to get my order. The staff was friendly, advised me that the order would take a few minutes, r etc. Food was hot, chicken in the wraps wasn't greasy, the tomatoes on my Daily Double were ripe, the mustard had been added and the drinks had just the right amount of ice. We sat in the parking lot, watched traffic while eating and theorized on where they were headed, how was that car even on the road!, etc Open 24/7 so give them a try.
