Had 2 strawberry cream pies old, cold and stepped on. It's like all you have to do is heat it and not crush it Holy moly.

Gave my mobile order to someone else and lied about not receiving it when we arrived, even when we provided a receipt showing proof of purchase. Deceitful and unprofessional.

place is terrible ordered a doordash order from here then when my dasher went to pick up my order it just some how disappeared. they told my dasher they made the order but don’t know where it went. don’t see how a huge order could just get lost

Went twice today. Once for lunch and once to get my kid a shamrock shake. First time they forgot to give me a whole 10 piece and the second time in the evening we were in the drive thru for a minimum of 20 minutes. While observing through the window it seems as though the kitchen workers were as fast as molasses in the winter and the manager couldn't keep things organized. Training needs to be brushed up on and what can we do about the overall lack of a sense of urgency nowadays?
Maybe they were just having a bad night, maybe.

So basically, I get my order from DoorDash from McDonald’s and tell me why I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie. I got a banana strawberry smoothie but that’s not even what I’m mad I’m mad because there’s a mouse in my smoothie I can feel it still wiggling up and touching my tongue while I try to get a drink out of the straw and it’s got me so messed up and let’s not even speak on the back of the buns the buns were cold, steel and dry my . The fries look like my auntie is dead ends the bag smell like my uncle pubes. I want my money back #lovewendys

Sit in drive thru forever waiting to order then order their featured item the Angel Reese combo and some how get home and its supposed to be a double QP and what I paid for, but instead just a regular QP. I knew I should’ve not stopped.

I waited in line on Feb 4th for a tote of cookies.. that's all I ordered..and because me and my boyfriend had backpacks on, I waited an hour, and to top it off, I had to leave without my cookies... I knew that if I had said something I would probably end up in jail... I go to McDonald's at least 3xs a week.. if not more... but I guess since I looked homeless then they thought I had all the time in the world to wait on one tote of cookies... and I've still yet to get my cookies.. so I'm going back today to see if I can't be reimbursed get my cookies...

Service sucks, may as well go to the McDonald’s on the other side of town. It would be fast considering anytime I order from the app it takes them at minimum 15 mins to get me my food.

Raw cold meat in my quarter pounder terrible place for eat.
Piss poor. Two Mcdoubles and a french fry took 20 minutes after they gave my order to somebody else. Other times, several items are missing from an order. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this place.

We ordered our food through the app and when we got to the store to pick it up they didn’t have any record of the order. This in itself isn’t a big deal, the order defaulted to another location, once again, not a big deal. The issue comes in when (what I can only assume to be) the night shift manager steps up to the window to help us figure out what was wrong. I am in a Silverado (important piece of context) and those trucks can be quite loud so you have to speak up when you talk if you want to be heard, especially when talking from the passenger seat as we were tonight. We went to show the manager our phone and that we did in fact make an order and we were accused of being rude and aggressive. She became standoffish like we were doing something wrong. The person in question is an older, dark haired Asian or Hispanic woman. We live less than half a mile away from this location and will never return. This was the final straw since every other time we have been there they have gotten the order wrong or it has been cold. WORST MCDONALDS IN THE AREA. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Every time I order bacon on my burger, they either give me tomato or no bacon at all and that’s about like 250 for bacon and the past 4 to five times I’ve ordered there. I have not gotten bacon. I don’t know what’s going on in there cause I used to work at a McDonald’s and it’s not that hard to read the codes. It’s not like they dummy proof the food making process so for food to get messed up and it’s not that busy when I ordered yeah I’m a little ticked off.
