Last three times I‘ve gone my order has been completely wrong. A worker once gave me my drink with no ice inside another cup that was sticky, and did not care when I asked for ice and just handed me the drink.

Just picking up my Birthday reward. I picked the nuggets to give to my dogs since I'm not a nuggets fan. I picked the happy meal and a little girl walked by. I asked her Dad if she could have the toys. You'd think I'd given her something wonderful. She was so very sweet. As I was leaving I wished them Merry Christmas, her reply made my day.

It took them 15 minutes for a five dollar meal, they act like they can’t see you or hear you, and try and give you your food after they were just in their hair and was in the trash. She acted like she couldn’t understand what i was saying when i caught her. She did not wash her hands before or after i caught her.

drive thru took a 45 minutes for a mic rib combo and the grinch meal. they forgot the fries for the combo. they let us buy the grinch meal knowing they were out of products. didn’t take any accountability or attempt to remedy the situation at all. manager doesn’t know what she’s doing

Ordered via app. Drive thru backed up so went inside. 5 of us waiting for service. Employees looked at us but did not acknowledge us. After 7 minutes, I left and got into drive thru as those were the only customers being attended to. Got my order - it was wrong. Even if this site was short staffed, someone needs to step up. I used men's restroom - bad sewer odor.

Horrible! Whoever the middle aged Hispanic female is working inside needs to be gone as of yesterday. Rude to customers and talking to the little Hispanic girls that work there like they were dogs. Let's skip how bad my service was, I want to focus on the core problem. Only 2 people working could speak English. The very young Hispanic females that were running food to cars were being talked to like they were in a prison camp. They obviously don't know their jobs but that is a reflection of lack of training from management. I will relentlessly repeat myself. Something is out of place here. The middle aged Hispanic lady is not a leader. A tyrant would be a better word. I will never eat here again. The food and service is horrendous. Im more concerned for the way these employees are being treated. Please investigate!. Thank you, Middle aged white man.
