Gave them a try since people say they are getting better, The food was amazing our waitress Victoria was a disaster and barley provided any service. Not attentive to drinks overcharged us 12 dollar complained to the manager and she was just as bad as the waitress. It was like walking into a kitchen nightmare episode. I will say all other waitresses were on top of thier tables. The manager legit said she was not trained yet but was working alone. She didn't know if they had military discounts told us it free pie Wednesday then charged us for the pie. It's was a completedisaster and management dont care. Cleanliness isn't a strong suite the silverware was dirty, the bathroom door hasn't been cleaned in a while the toilet seats broken off and my son quit counting bubblegum stuck to the table at 8 pieces and got grossed out. It still needs major improvements or close to allow something better to come in.

Place had a weird chemical smell, bartender recommended we get margaritas and they had a comically small amount of tequila, maybe a quarter of a shot split between two pint size drinks. Disgustingly sweet. Food very sub-par, rolls were so hard that we threw them at the table and they bounced. Terribly understaffed. Won’t be back.

I do not hold present staff on duty accountable, BUT O’Charley’s as a semi-popular restaurant should inform would-be customers when there is a severe staff shortage, so people would not have to impatiently wait for food - no matter the type of order! I waited ten minutes for curbside, decided to go inside to wait another ten minutes due to only one staff & one cook in the building.. THEN my food was ready sitting to get cold but cook never informed the lone staff.. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! But I do appreciate the staff present as I am a nurse and truly understand staff shortages.. hospitality is a very difficult business at this time!

Over all...the food was pretty good for what we got, we did not get all we ordered. The waitress had put our order in wrong. Someone else delivered our food, our waitress did not come to check on us at all during our meal, no refills, or to ask if anything was needed.lagged her down asked for our check and a refill, she brought check but still no refills also never fixed her order mistake stated when dropping off check well atleast the lunch order is cheaper than what you ordered, it honestly was pretty ridiculous her attitude and service. Will probably not go back there for awhile.

This used to be the go to spot for our family Seems to have fallen off the last few years. Food is not as good as it once was, and the prices are up, which is understandable with the price of all goods now, but raising prices while lowering quality isnt a good combo. Hope they can turn it around soon. One of the positives is they do have some pretty good carryout specials on certain days thru the week. Another positive wait times to be seated, is usually none.

I am a door Dasher and I just had one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had doing this. I sat in the lobby waiting for about 20 minutes, all the while workers kept telling me that my order would be up in 3 or 4 minutes. Doordash is not an hourly pay sort of job you are literally wasting my work day when you do this. This stuff adds up over the course of a night and you end up losing an hour or two to people's foolishness at the restaurants. If it's not going to be up anytime soon just tell me this so I can go on with my night, don't leave me on hold so that you don't waste your food product when the order comes up and no one's there to take it. Your Dashers directly effect your business even though we aren't your customers. You've established a bad reputation with Dashers just like a few other restaurants have and as a result your customers aren't buying from you as often.

My wife talked me into coming back. She said she heard they were better. But guess what? They are not. The place was pretty empty and it took way to long to get our food. And when they food came (we ordered burgers) they were pretty tasteless and dry.The only good thing and reason for 2 stars is that our server from the bar was great!!

Food was good waitress was nice and friendly it's a good restaurant. They was a elderly woman couldn't find the table she was sitting at and one of the boys that was working said something but I didn't hear what he had said about the elderly woman I would say that I wouldn't have liked it, but the little blonde girl that's a waitress there said she loved older people I'll give her two thumbs up for saying that to that little punk. I'll have to give him two thumbs down ??

This location has gone downhill, really since Covid hit. Twice now, I have walked out because the staff was rude. I shouldn't have to hunt for someone at the front station to be seated. If you cop an attitude with me before I even sit down, I will go eat somewhere else. Also, don't just assume that since I am by myself that I automatically want to sit at the bar. If I want to sit at the bar, I will tell you. I have had it with this location. I will go eat at the O'Charley's in Lexington from now on.

Service was great. Food quality has been going downhill for awhile now. Broccoli was made right, but asparagus was weepy and had a strong burnt flavor. Salmon had a catfish flavor. My sister's loaded potato soup had separated? (Part of the broth was watery and the rest globs/ stands of something thicker). Disappointing.
Food was pretty decent, I went here for lunch with a coworker and he said his was very good. The restaurant was very clean as well, not something I'd normally comment about but that's not always the case. I've been to a few that weren't real clean.

By far the worse experience. Walked in and waited at the host stand. No one came up. Asked the bartender if we were just supposed to seat ourselves and she said no someone would eventually be with us (She was not busy btw.) After we were finally sat she sat 2 families that came in behind us. Food was old and overcooked. Sent it back. They did offer to remake it but my husband was already done with his food. Sorry, but the food should have been fresh in the first place. Husband had A1 sauce and it had been watered down. Ridiculous.

It's nothing great but it's ok. It's very very slow there. The cobbler everyone sez is so great and so good is not anything close to being all that. It's over rated. Probably a pie they buy frozen down the street at the store they cook and throw on the cheapest ice cream they can find on it. Ours came all melted the other nite. I swear it took 30 mins to get our cobbler. Overall, it took 2 hours to eat , wait for the cobbler, and get out I was tired just from all the noise. I had the seafood plate it was ok it really was. $18.99 and pretty good. So thanks for that. But that pie is over rated and for $5.95 way over priced for what it is like I said it's just loaded with sugar and some cheap azz ice cream I don't recommend it The seafood platter I'll recommend that tho it was fresh n tasty pretty good. Better than Texas Roadhouse that's for sure at least all the food I got was cooked and our waiter was very accommodating but I think he was over worked just 3 people serving on a Friday nite all the tables were active when we were there. Worst food I've ever had there. We visited around 4pm today. I know now why the place was empty. Maybe 15-20 guest in the whole restaurant. They had very little help. My wife wanted to add something to her sandwich and the server said I can't change the menu on the computer. My $13 chicken strip dinner wasn't anything but Grisell. You couldn't even eat it. And my wife's club sandwich ended up making her sick. I ended up getting something at home to eat.
