Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Causing mental distress towards employees, Jefe specifically has caused a lot of disorder yelling at an employee in front of many guests. The obvious need for attention by him is cause for great concern. I feel as though Olive Garden has great potential so long as they can keep their managers from becoming power entitled tyrants. There is no reason why the whole restaurant should hear an employee being yelled at to the point they cry.

Friendly staff, good service, and a firm yet polite manager (Laura Zantos) who really made our experience great as we stopped at this Olive Garden after driving for 6 hours.

We came in an hour before closing an ordered unlimited soup and salads. They ran out of soup but were very kind and worked with us to ensure that we were still satisfied with the food.

Would recommend this Olive Garden!

It's Olive Garden, what can you say? The food was served hot and tasty and the service was excellent. They offer several vegetarian options like eggplant parmesan and a variety of spaghetti or linguine with broccoli.

Definitely over priced for the quality of food. Atmosphere is so nice that it is a shame. It seems like microwaved food. My dish had tiny diced asparagus. The pumpkin dessert had an odd flavor. My husband did not eat his dinner. Great place for a glass of wine and appetizer. Dinner is always disappointing.

A friend and I decided to get some dinner on a friday night, clearly expecting to wait as it’s the beginning of the weekend and probably one of their busiest nights. they said the estimated wait time was 20-25 minutes, after 45 minutes we went in to ask if our table would be ready anytime soon. the host, taylor to be exact, said she had called our name out 5 minutes ago and sent a text. as we were just sitting outside keeping an eye on the door we knew she never came out to call our name. not only that but she said they had sent a text and that we had just never came inside, not sure who they texted because they never asked for our phone number? after a short passive aggressive back and forth conversation about that we finally got seated. from the very beginning our waitress, ruth, was extremely rude and acting as if we were wasting her time. assuming she was just having a bad day i didn’t take it too personally until a table of boys got sat next to us and ruth was being super friendly and doing the most to help them out. she was straight faced and rude with us , while flirting with the boys and at one point she was literally laying on their table while completely bent over while taking their order. either she needs to find a job that allows her to sit down or she needs to separate work life from her regular one because it’s very inappropriate to flirt with customers. the only positive thing is that the food was very good.
both taylor and ruth made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable and believe me, we will not be back!!🤗

Went on a Friday night and they estimated a 20-25 min wait. Ended up waiting 45 minutes. Went back inside to ask how much longer our wait would be. Taylor at the hostess stand told me she'd called the name 5 minutes ago and we never came. We were just sitting outside the door not too far, so not sure how loud she was actually calling out names. Then she said we got a message and they called out the name and we just didn't come inside. She never asked me for a phone number so not sure how I would have gotten a text? Nor did I ever see her come around the corner. On a busy Friday night when you know people are waiting everywhere, why not come around the corner to check? When we got sat our waiter, Ruth, was rude and short with us. Usually I would give some grace, but when you see ur waiter doing the most for other tables (laying on a group of guys table and laughing while taking their order and being polite to the table next to you) it's like what did we do? She was so clipped tone and had no manners. I said thank you for all my stuff and girl hit me with 😒😑. Then I'm pretty sure she walked by when we were talking about her attitude and switched up so quick. Coming back with our food and being the kindest woman you'd ever have serve you. Only reason I would come back is the food to be honest. I'd say don't go when it's busy but it seemed like everyone else got special treatment saying they only waited 10 minutes or didn't have a wait at all.

Pretty good for an Olive Garden. Our server was lovely. We came for the soup and salad and never-ending pasta bowl. The mushroom cream sauce and five-cheese marinara are tops. Angel hair and rigatoni are my favorite. The salad could have had more dressing, but it was awesome of the server to ask us what we wanted left out of the salad. It was also nice to sit in sight of the bathroom, but not too near.

I was having car trouble and in the process of calling to get my car towed. I had my 8 yr old with me. Server was rushing us to order. I was obviously upset and panicking trying to figure out my situation. We ordered drinks and she came by twice within 5 mins to ask me if i was ready. She literally asked me if I was going to order an entre so she could bring me my soup or salad now. Ive never felt so rushed. My daughter was finished with her food and ready to go by the time I got mine and then I wasn't even hungry. I was stressed and annoyed. I won't be back.
