The service was amazing! Our waitress, Ariel, was so nice and attentive. She made excellent recommendations when asked for them and made she we had the best experience possible. This was the best dinner at an Outback that I've had in a while.

Grabbed lunch at Outback in Richmond. I’m no stranger to Outback, but this was a particularly pleasant experience. Mainly thanks to the Manager, Hunter, and our fantastic waitress, Lauren.The cooks did a great job with the Lunch Coconut Shrimp, but what made me want to add a review was the kindness of the folks there. It put an exclamation point to the service to see Hunter cleaning the glass doors as we walked out.Fantastic folks! Hope to come back soon!

Me and and my girlfriend went on 3/23/24 and when we got seated we ordered steaks and loaded potatoes along with an extra side when we got our meals we didn’t receive silverware until a few minutes after and that was after saying something to someone and then as I went to eat my steak which was a medium rare prime rib it had absolutely no taste and made me have an uneasy feeling and smelled horrible and both of our potatoes were not loaded and we’re just regular we rarely got waited on and had to go most of the meal without drinks bread or anything else that was needed. Overall one of if not the worst experience I have had at a steakhouse
