The order was not correct and we were over charged. We asked for water and were charged for 3 drinks. The bill total was a little over 50.00 for a family of 3.

Fresh food and great service. One guy even took the time to show my kids a rubix cube.

Waited 40 minutes for my food because they decided to serve the 6 people that came in behind me before me. I go up to the counter and tell the girl I have been here for over 30 minutes and they've served 5 people that came in after me. She tells me she can't do a refund. I told her I didn't ask for a refund, I would like my food.

Good subs, fast service, clean

This place never let's me down. The grilled Italian and the Founders special never disappoint.

Parking/accessibility isn't optimal, but the food and service is awesome!

Ordered Fries to go and they were reheated to the point they were hard as a brick 🧱 wall.

mike is a terrible manager, terrible customer service and unplugs phones when overwhelmed with doing his job. Called 34 times to a busy line while my fiancé was in store and never heard the phone ring once nor saw anyone on one. I need to speak to whoever is above mike because tonight’s service was a complete and total joke.

mike proceeded to be condescending and rude about wether we wanted our order or a refund(to be completely honest, 45 minutes later I wanted both), then the genius made 3 of the 5 things we ordered!!! Brilliant!😂

We placed an online order at 3:50pm for 7:15pm pick up and we finally made it out of there at 8:10pm with our food, no discount or refund for our wait, and bad attitudes from employees. Clear house and get people that don’t mind doing their jobs in there. This experience was embarrassing.

Always good

My first time eating at this location. It did take a little while to get my order, probably 5-7 minutes, but they were busy, and it was well worth the wait! The Philly was absolutely delicious and made exactly as asked, and the fries were hot, freshy and tasty. The crew was also very friendly. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but that's any sub shop you go to!

Parking: It can be somewhat difficult to navigate and park in this lot, as it's small and busy, but there also is additional parking across the lot by Ollie's if needed.
