The conversations? Electric. The locals here clearly cry out for a football coach and sadly EKU does not have that right now. They want me to coach them BADLY!

Ordered delivery and it didn’t show up after 2 hours. Then they just cancelled the order. Could have at least called and let me know so I could have ordered from somewhere else.

The owners/management of this pizza hut really need to get it together in the evenings and open up the lobby. I got there right as my cheesebread was made. I was in the drive thru line for easily thirty minutes after they got done. If they would just open up the lobby, people could get their food so much quicker than having to wait in line where people sit at the window when their stuff's not done.
I asked if they could do anything for my wait while he was getting ready to hand me my food and said that they would give me my breadsticks for free told him I appreciated it and that they may want to consider opening up their lobby for people that there food is done. Everything is paid for ahead of time so they would just have to be handed their food. He just was argumentative and then refused to serve me and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. I have video of the interaction and will be sending it to corporate. Hopefully some training or other consideration may come out of it. I wont hold my breath though.
I understand he was rushed but I really think he was unstable. If you want any customer service go to the other one in Richmond!

You can't beat the family box,for 15 bucks. U get a medium pizza,bread sucks,and the awesome iced cinnamon sticks. It was heaven.
Parking: This is a carry out only location. You must use the drive through. No need for parking but there is a parking lot for the other businesses located here.

Who ever the manager John is need to be fired immediately!!! He says he's the manager but the lies he tells just to not do his job is ridiculous!! I will be contacting corporate just for the simple fact he refuses to let me talk to someone else or in a higher position! Because he claims he is the only employee there??! And if that's true I will also be contacting the Kentucky labor cabinet because that's super dangerous to have one employee in the whole store anyway ! Either way very unprofessional! And John if you don't want to work you need to quit !! I've worked fast food and lying to customers so you don't have to do your job is ridiculous lazy and an insult to my intelligence!

I would like a real manager or a person of authority to get in contact with me immediately over very poor and rude services !! and I would like to know how to report an employee or I will be contacting the KY labor cabinet and they can do an investigation themself! not my first time and won't be my last ! I refuse to be insulted and disrespected over laziness in the work place and if there is only one employee in the store that's a violation that will be handled! unless John (the manager) lied about that as well ! will never spend my money here again !! totally disgusted by the lack of training you give employees to allow them to think it's okay to lie and be lazy in the workplace !
