No one was at the counter, only one employee in the store wearing cold stone attire serving a line for cold stone backed up to the door. Listed as open online.

We are very happy with our drinks, and definitely will probably go back some time. Looking at the reviews I was a little nervous but it was GREAT! I got a Twig and berries smoothie and it was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

Order was made incorrectly. Asked 3 times, and both employees present refused to remake drink. They admitted that it was wrong and did not offer a refund or to remake it.

Got here at 10 to hopefully get a boost for the day, and that's when it says they open. Nobody is here no note on the door or nothing. First time being here and prolly last. Truly a buz kill for the day.

Walked in to use my birthday reward. The employee working there said I can’t use that here. No explanations given.

My first time to planet smoothie was incredibly disappointing. There were only 2 workers and quite a wait to order. They were also blasting a political podcast over the speakers talking about genitalia which was very inappropriate! We ordered a couple of smoothies and milkshake. The milkshake was completely melted and awful. The smoothie was also undrinkabke- chunks of hard coconut that was grainy. I requested a refund for just the milkshake (hadn’t yet tried the smoothie before leaving) and was told refunds were not an option. So I left without a drink or a refund. $18 completely wasted. Will not be back.

Ordered a plain strawberry smoothie. Received a strawberry-banana smoothie. Although it was good, it’s wasn’t what I ordered. Apathetic drive-thru employee.

I wouldn't consider myself a smoothie person in the past but this has possibly changed my mind, I loved the mountain man crunch! Highly recommend 👍

Regrets. Tried to stop for a nice drink on the way back home (6hr drive), but it was a fail. With no other customers, three workers left one to make three smoothies and it looked like it was this persons first time. It was not efficient, ingredients weren’t fresh and it took forever. I wish I could say they tasted good and it was worth the wait…..

Love the store. Really frustrating on days like today when you want a smoothie to get your day started and apparently no one shows up to work. This isn't the first time I have come and the door is locked.
