Been here numerous times (usually drive thru), but have always had a good experience. The only complaint I've ever had is that the lattes are occasionally not hot enough for my preference. Sometimes I will ask them to microwave the cup, if so. My kids enjoy the food here as much as I do. They are always willing to adjust ingredients based on preference. I wish we could get Purdy's in the Richmond center (but then I'd probably stop by every time I left my house 😂)...
10/10! We got a Mango smoothie and White chocolate caramel mocha!! The large size comes with 4 shots of espresso. Very good consistency with the smoothie and very good flavor. Not too overpowering. The coffee was very good! Well balanced between sweet and the coffee bitter taste. The staff were very nice and made sure everything tasted good before we left!
This place is very high-brow and down right snobby. The coffee is pour over and expensive. Educationally I am at that wine and cheese level but I prefer simpler folk. A very good thing about this place is that it has lots of pretty single women who are well dress and have manners.
